Anyone else excited for this? Ready to get going in the new year?

I got all excited when it was announced but just can't get the site to load. Had anyone else managed to get into it?

@Sooverthemill I had exactly the same thought about Day 6! They always seem so much more intense than you'd expect for relatively early in the 30 days...

Day 1 & 2 completed. Was impatient to get into it at the start of day 1, I sometimes find Adriene talks too much. Really enjoyed day 2, though I did have to double check that I hadn't accidentally replayed day 1! The repetition was good for getting a deep stretch and I remembered to have my blocks to hand today so the leg straightening was much easier.

Day 2 ✅found it quite strenuous, more a reflection on my feebleness than anything but HR was at 123 towards the end!

Day 2 done. I was glad she offered the option for half plank today. I think I’m in the minority because I like how much she talks, I’d be lost if I had to hold poses in silence by myself! Managed the crescent lunges ok. Best part was extended child’s pose Grin

Haven't done Day 2 yet as went on a lunchtime run, but as soon as I started running I could feel my abs from Day 1!

@afaloren i do lots of variations, I think in previous years she has been more vocal about everyone only doing what feels right and giving alternatives.
I found the crescent lunges easy but have too much belly to bring my arms and legs together, when doing the lizard on hot sand move( sure there is a more technical yoga name for it for I bet you know what I mean!).
I too thought I had accidentally repeated day 1, it was surprisingly similar.

@afaloren I quite like the talking too. It helps to pass the time and I find it helps me focus more as well. If there's silence, I tend to get easily distracted

Day 2 done. I forgot how much Adrienne likes a plank, and how much I hate them!
Enjoyed the first part repeating yesterday.
Going into the office tomorrow so probably won't be able to do it first thing which is my preferred time. The longer the day goes on, the more I loose motivation.

Day 2 done for me. My old nemesis - cobra to plank. I just about used to manage it last year but there is no way at the moment.

I did day 1 this morning, a lovely gentle start. I used to do regular YWA and it really helped my tight hips and lower back but I've got out of the habit. I am aiming to practice every day but I'm back at work next week and haven't quite worked out how to fit it in... Some years it's taken me about six weeks to work through the whole 30 days.

Day 2 done. Not sure I will fit in day 3 tomorrow as leaving for work at 6am then heading straight out to a party from work. Will double up Friday.

Day 2 done. Almost didn't do it as had one of those days when everything that could go wrong, did - including a 12 hour power cut!
Anyway I really enjoyed doing it to wind down later in the day, and will do it after work again tomorrow .

Agree with everyone saying that built really nicely on yesterday's. Felt especially good after sitting down almost all day at work today. Hoping this thread will make the difference between me doing the whole 30 days this year, and tailing off as I have done before!

I really liked day 2. I forgot she keeps certain moves as a theme; I quite like it as a way to see progression with consistency.

My cat was very confused and kept trying to boop me with her nose whilst I was in tabletop 😂

Managed Day 2. My old lady hips aren't too happy about it but hopefully they'll get back into the swing of things soon. Agree it was very similar to yesterday

Day two done! I am a weird person who loves it when my abs hurt after I’ve worked them 🤣 so pretty pleased with my twinges this evening!

Also managed to rope in my bestie so happy with the extra encouragement to keep at it 😍

Oh, I’m glad other people actually like her talking as well! I find her voice very soothing and it keeps my brain focussed on the yoga rather than on compiling shopping lists or work or something.

Yes if I didn’t like her voice I wouldn’t be doing this. I still hate Davina McCall because I bought her exercise video and got properly fed up with her before giving up on it.

Day 2 in the bag. I enjoyed it. My abs are fine but my hips are protesting about cross legs and child's pose

Day 1&2 done back to back. I've got super tight hips, so the sitting cross legged for so long in day 1 was making them a bit crappy, but it's EXACTLY what they need to loosen up. Roll on day 3 😀
