I got all excited when it was announced but just can't get the site to load. Had anyone else managed to get into it?

I love the talking too - my brain will just fill the silence with a random stream of thoughts about mundane work or house stuff!

(Heresy coming up) I found Adriene a bit annoying at first - I'm only saying this in case anyone feels the same, because I stuck with it and now I look forward to her videos so much to hear what she's going to say 😁

I did Day 2 before bed, felt great after my lunchtime run - really hoping that the harder days end up being on non-run days like yesterday.

Got up early to squeeze in day 3 before work. Enjoyed it as got to do warrior 1 and 2. Found I am much tighter when I roll straight out of bed to the mat but also feel really good going in to my day now.

Day 3 done. Much less wobbly on the crescent lunge, hurray! I ran last night so the stretching this morning felt really good. I am incapable of forward fold though, or sitting forward fold.

Loved doing day 3 first thing, in my PJs! Nice to get a little bit of warrior flow going, felt great in my hips.

I also didn't used to like her style as much as I do now, so if you find the talking annoying worth sticking with it to see if she grows on you!

Day 3 was lovely but I swear I heard Adrienne say ‘cobra’s or the first ‘cow’ stretch! Couldn’t stop thinking about it

man’s I’m the achiest I’ve been since the very first 30 days challenge which shows me how bad last year was for my body

for those asking about length, a few years ago she did a survey ( possibly in the app) asking about length of practices for the 30 days and most people asked for under 30
minutes as being best for a 30 day practise so since then they’ve been under 30 minutes on the whole

Ooh, happy to hear there's warrior poses in day 3 - my favourite (with mountain)! Looking forward to it, can't decide if I'll do it at lunchtime or before bed today.

I enjoyed today. I find the stuff on my hands and knees very hard - probably because I weigh the same as a house - but I really loved the warrior poses.

I found today easier, don’t know if that is because I have done the first two days or it was genuinely easier.

Day 2 in the bag which I think helped me get a good night's sleep. I will do day 3 at bedtime again.

I do sometimes find Adriene a bit annoying when she wanders off on a long tangent (particularly if I'm holding a tough pose at the time!) but what keeps me coming back is the clarity of her descriptions as she's obviously put a lot of thought into finding just the right image or description to cue the movement. Plus she has an uncanny knack of reminding me to relax a part of my body I was tensing without realising.

Found today a bit harder but did dance fitness last night so I'm feeling a bit sore! Felt great to stretch though and loved some warriors coming in.

For anyone finding time on knees hard, do get a blanket out towel folded up on your mat. I have a (pricey) Lifeforme mat and also a small mat that's just for my knees but a towel will do!

This. There are poses we've not yet done which you will appreciate it for.

Though for me, it's poses like squats which are hardest for my knees.

I've not dome today's yet but have enjoyed it so far. I find it really hard to get any uninterrupted time to myself so that can be a real challenge (3 nursery and primary school aged children). I'm actually a yoga teacher myself and it is lovely to be taught :)

Today's was my favourite yet. It was harder but I loved the focus on how to move, felt really mindful. A nice moment of calm before I do nursery pick up!

I didn’t get Day 2 done yesterday so I have the two for later. I did get some stretching in though whilst dinner was cooking. Just doing the two sessions on Tuesday has helped with my flexibility and the hit Serotonin helps. Having everyone’s reports to keep me on track is great so thanks!

Just finished day 3, which I enjoyed! Felt like it was really fast; no complaints about that, though, because I get bored if the sessions go over about 35 mins.

I enjoyed day 3. I feel like I’m already getting better at down dog to lunge! Dog has been very keen to join me. I’ve changed the room I do yoga in so he’s curious. Unfortunately, it turns out he’s not a Benji. Very keen and VERY unhelpful!

Day 2 done this morning, I'm enjoying being able to start the day with yoga. I also like her talking, keeps me focused, plus she somehow seems to just know that moment when you're about to give up on a pose 😁

I actually enjoyed todays less than the previous two, possibly because of how wobbly I was in the warriors 🙈

Did like the ‘roll your foot’ bit though.

I would love to be able to do the up dog move, but my legs always end up on floor.
