@DatingIsDifficult i agree, day 1 of MOVe because it all builds up really logically and coherently and we will cheer you on
day 21 another I don’t remember. Yes shirt and sweet but oh my gosh it works! I did faff around with my head/neck position as I currently have shoulder pain and didn’t want to make it worse

Just done day 22 and amazed at how different my balance is on different legs! Had better results with warrior 3 just standing on the floor - I use a Pilates mat, which I think is more cushioned/thicker than a standard yoga mat and so I wobble hugely when standing on one leg, but it was easier on the hard floor. Still fell over standing on my right leg though Confused

@Prestissimo yes I've just done day 22 and I'm the same. My right leg is so much stronger. I really liked this one though was nervous as my abs are really sore after yesterday!

I’m better on my left leg. Lots of balancing in 24 too.

My right leg is less good. I'm working on it quite consciously as I find that as she says in one session if you focus on a bit you can fix it. She's more eloquent but it's the principle.

It got picked up on a mechanical horse lesson as being less effective so I've been doing some extra stretches which has made a difference.

I'm sort of repeating sessions until the 20s as I got ahead of myself. Did 25 today and having done it earlier in the month I can do horizon fairly well now.

One thing I'm trying is to sit the "wrong" way from now on I naturally have my left leg on top in crossed legs so I'm doing the opposite for however long it takes so it stops feeling weird and wonky. Months probably!

Did 23 today. Generally quite nice but I've no idea how she does the twist near the end lying on her back with both shoulders on the floor. Thought I was reasonably flexible until we got to that bit Blush

I'm definitely feeling a sense of progression though as I get further on in the course. It somehow makes sense and is definitely building on something we've done before. Will be interesting to see how that continues if I do a second month.

just did 25 and it’s a really good one. I managed to grab my left foot while doing pigeon - but there’s no way I’m getting to three legged dog from there. I’m still struggling with cobra to plank too. I hate cobra. I remember when I was in my twenties it was a favourite.

Did half of day 23 I was under time pressure and I couldn’t focus. May try again later. Nonetheless it was a good session for my shoulders

27 done - not easy but it was definitely easier than last time round. I know 28 is a lovely gentle one so I’m looking forward to that as a reward.

Day 15 today. I really didn’t want to do it as was so tired today. By the time she said turn up the corners of your mouth I was liking it. Glad I started it even half heartedly.

I haven't done it at all this month. Really cross with myself as I had been doing really well for 4 months snd I've probably lost any gains. I am going to some free yoga classes in our local park though, hoping to reignite a spark!
