I am finding it so hard to get on the mat these days - I think I am feeling discouraged with my progress and how much everything still hurts.

Keep going @rifling. I get discouraged that I still need to use blocks for down dog but if I don’t do it all then where would I be?

Did 11 yesterday and 10 today due to time constraints. I don’t remember ever doing 10 before snd fount it quite hard. Could have done with a breather half way through.

Just done day 8 - that was a nice one before bed.

Keep going @rifling if you enjoy it/find it useful. There will definitely be progress, but ime you don't always feel it with yoga because you naturally push yourself a bit more as you progress so it feels like you've haven't got anywhere. Even if you just concentrate on your breathing more than before it's worthwhile.

Day 8 ( yesterday !) and day 9 today .

Loved day 9 - don't really remember it from before but will note that one as a favourite

Day 8 was awful yesterday and I might need to skip that in future- it's the first time since we started that I used fast forward to get to the end !

@rifling stick with it the progress will be there !
@Sooverthemill am always impressed you make it to the mat when sleep deprived ! But it does help.

@rifling do try to keep going. We will be your cheerleaders. Improvements are tiny but incremental, look at @Shannith !
day 10 today and it was just brilliant. Don't really remember it from before but I was able to do all of it ( even holding my foot, yay) and I feel so good now.

There’s no way I could reach mine. I do like 10 though, it’s hard but I don’t think there’s anything there that I couldn’t achieve with practice.

I am curious to know where the foot holding ability is needed in day 10 ( as I never remember a thing!)

I did 11 and 12 the last couple of days and while I enjoyed them they were much harder than they should have been so I redid them today. I know - but I had some time to kill.
They were much easier!

So that's cheered me up as I was wondering if I was going backwards!

Day 10 in the books. I enjoyed it but did it at the end of a very long work day so wasn't exactly at my best.
No foot grab achieved here !
I am constantly baffled as to how little I remember of each session - this one barely rang any bells at all!

I'm finding it hard to try and coordinate time free to do yoga with DH, as our schedules don't match up particularly well. We have got way behind, so today, I decided to just do Day 13 and skip the ones I've missed. I'm enjoying everyone's updates though. Makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one who struggles to get on the mat!

13 Obviously I can’t do crow but I find half moon impossible too. I can manage it a bit better with my left leg but I had to sit down in between.

I had to do 12 and 13 consecutively today as I missed yesterday. It was a bit of a killer on the legs and I was wobbling/collapsing doing the half moons. She seems intent on easing us into crow but I can tell you now that won't be happening for me.

Day 9 today. Felt quite gentle and I enjoyed it.
Did most of Day 7 a few days ago but had to stop as I felt dizzy and sick. I wonder if I forgot to breathe or squashed something vital.
Running behind so wondering whether to skip a few days or whether to keep going in sequence.

Day 13, Flight. Well that was tricky. No foot holding today. Plus I discovered my little buggers of cats have started scratching my yoga mat to shreds. ( rolled up behind sofa for last 4 years and they've just discovered it). I like all the getting ready for Crow stuff but I do t think I will get there!
