After a truly manic day at work I was ready for this one - good breathing was about my limit today. And a pigeon Smile

Day 17 : snuggle. I like the stretchy bits and the pigeon very much. Felt I truly got the shapes right today. Slightly hampered by Percy joining in, he needed the company as old dog off to the vet for the day for tests

Day 12 today. Starts on all fours so better than standing up.

my shoulders are very stiff and I didn’t have the full rotation which was disappointing.

day 17 sounds like one to look forward to.

Day 17 here too.
I nearly didn't bother as have felt awful all day but then I remembered it was Snuggle and might be a perfect pick me up !

Really enjoyed it but couldn't do the deep breathing as am just too bunged up !

Felt better and am glad I did it .

Did 20 yesterday and really enjoyed it. My shoulders have been stiff the last few days so I’ve appreciated the twists. Will do 21 later.

saw that it was was crow and felt disheartened. But bonus it starts on your back.

ive just done day 14. Managed that froggy pose but no hop!

When she said close your eyes in dd and relax- I realised I’ve never found it a relaxing pose . Even pre wrist arthritis.

@Rummikub surprising because I had no memory of it whatsoever! But it was good. As was day 20 today. I did everything very slowly and mindfully and it all came together

Really enjoying the 20s! I had a mechanical horse lesson on Saturday- last had one about 6 months ago and the difference was astonishing.

The trainer was getting me to make really quite subtle adjustments, especially my right shoulder which I just wouldn't have been able to do (smashed collet bone, shoulder like wood!) and identifying small tweaks. Last time it was big tweaks.

I told her I did daily yoga and she said oh I can really tell, fantastically mobile hips, and strong core, makes everything so much easier.

She's a high level dressage coach (I'm not a high level dressage rider) and last time she was pretty much despairing - this time she had something to work with Smile so I'm extremely grateful to Adrienne and this thread for keeping me accountable even when I forget to post.

Need better ankle mobility (though it's 1,000,000 times better) and slightly less tight hamstrings - but the absolute beauty is that I know if I keep going with move it will come, but by buy without me even realising it.

😂Adriene does have a good foot yoga video too. A few probably. I did it a while ago and gave my fella a day off from massaging my feet for the evening! I should probably do it again some time soon.

@guinnessguzzler I'm on the same page - did her foot one when I got back. I used to do it quite a lot as I had zero mobility in my ankles.

Much better now after all the move though still could be better.

For someone to be looking at my overall posture/position on or off a horse and to have their main niggle with my ankles is nothing short of a miracle I promise Smile

I have the opposite problems and have extremely wobbly mobile ankles. Any uneven bit of pavement and over they go!
My knees however don’t do much in the way of bending.

Anyway, 23 today and was a bit hampered because I caught my wedding ring in the dishwasher and wrenched my finger earlier, it’s a bit sore. Downward dog and plank were a bit tricky but the rest of it was nice.

😂. Ahhh yes I have the same issue about having a complete memory blank of some of these sessions.

I wonder if it’s paying more attention. In January I was only looking at broader movements and now I’m looking at detail.

I definitely need a foot routine. Sometimes I think I have blocks for feet/ankles!
