Checking in! Thanks Soover! Decided I would join you for Move again - am curious whether I'll ever be able to do horizon. Grin After the five minutes of talk at the beginning, I found today's surprisingly tough! Lots of trembling arm moments. Happy April Move everyone!

@Rifling I just did day 1 and yes I found it tough! How can that be after non stop yoga this year ( almost)? The hovering table especially hard for me

Thanks @Sooverthemill great to have the new thread. I remembered that I always find Day 1 harder than I expect so mentally prepared for that today and found it not so bad! Grin

Morning all.

I have fallen off the wagon a bit and feeling a bit gutted-and then haven't done Day 1-

House full of covid but I am making excuses-

I know I feel better when I do it so am using this as motivation to get back in the habit with you lovely people.

I agree-the excitement is catching!!!

Oooh, I'm going to join you on this one if that's okay?! I have lost my yoga-mojo (life and a hyper-mobile sacroiliac!), so today I decided to re-start Move which I never completed in January. Then I came on here and found this thread Grin

Day 1 is hard isn’t it? I am quite proud of myself as I managed the first half without the blocks for Downward Dog and Plank. When I started I was using the edge of the bed for them so I feel I’ve come a long way.

@stillherenow I'm fairly certain she does most of the planning herself still but last year there was a member survey asking about the 30 day series and I'm sure they've incorporated most of the comments in. If you look at the very first 30 days and compare it's interesting

I'll be finishing my 1st 30 days Move tomorrow and planning on starting again at the beginning- or would you recommend some of her other classes?

I've noticed a big difference in how I feel, especially during my weekly IRL yoga class.

Hi all I have done day 1 and really enjoyed it. It was good to be reminded and geared up for it being quite hard . Hard but easier .

My DD heard Adriene say welcome to day 1 and shouted out 'well done Mummy that's
An achievement 90 days of yoga '
Well that made my day and put me in the right mindset !

Did a very gentle 20 minutes of day 1 last night, it was nice to be moving again but I didn't want to overdo it.

Did day 2. Hoe is it not easier? But I enjoy doing it mindfully and carefully getting poses right for me

Did Day 1 and 2 today as I want to keep on track. It seemed soooo difficult. Much harder than last time. How is everyone else finding it?
