Hello Movers - so sorry I have been so absent from the thread .
I am still making it to the mat but have missed some days as we are away for various school holiday trips.
My last one was day 10 so I am going to struggle to catch up but I am trying to be zen about it as we are off doing lovely things with the kids making up for lost covid time.

We were out yesterday so I just squeezed in day 15 last night before bed; I skipped knocking on heaven's door as I didn't want anything too energetic which made it an exceptionally short practice!

So I’ve had 3 hours sleep and feel like crap and a bit shaky.

Which one should I do.. day 13,14,15 or 16?
Preferably one that starts laying down on back!

Just done 16 too. I found it so hard. I couldn’t do any balancing at all today.

@Rifling I managed about half the days whilst on holiday in the end, I think. A bit disappointed but with entertaining the kids, getting out for activities etc I just couldn't always make the time. Pleased I managed some though. Back now and hope to be back to daily yoga again too.

Day 17 Snuggle. Didn't find that easy at all. Sorry for recommending it Rummikub. Imagine trying to get concrete fence posts to do pigeon. No flexibility. I can feel my core getting stronger though.

Day 18. Blissful. Possibly my favourite yet. I love the twists and hands behind back stretches. And (of no interest to anyone else) I did the whole thing without blocks including the plank with tick tock heels. You have no idea what this means in terms of improvement to me. I was using the edge of the bed for plank when I started in January and our bed is high.

@BestIsWest well done! It's lovely to see those improvements isn't it? I'm finding I can be much more in-the-moment now when doing it. (I have a strong tendency to mentally wander no matter what I'm doing!)
