Who's signed up? I've done these every year since 2016 and I can't wait! Although my health has been poor this year I've managed to practice at home almost every day. I love the kickstart these give my year

Urgh, the side plank aka 'stop talking Adriene, I can't hold it much longer!'.

I agree, this thread is great for keeping me going and keen to join in something else, or just keep motivating each other anyway. I might try either Move again or one of the others. I finished Breath over Christmas but think I am enjoying this more (probably thanks to all of you).

Just managed day 18. Normally I would enjoy this kind of thing but tonight I struggled to relax and found myself fidgeting alot.

I missed 20 yesterday. Just manic day and had my usual Pilates class too.

What is 20 like?

I may redo move and then return to the other 30 days challenges. Dedicate and resolution are good but home was also good. But this year the keeping to around 30 minutes has really helped. And I'm pleased I completed the survey last year asking about length!

Did day 20 today and it was lovely BUT Adrienne does witter on which reduces my concentration a bit.

Well! I can say I do not particularly recommend doing days 19 & 20 back to back! That actually felt unpleasantly hard, for the first time since day 3. I'm glad to have done it, glad to have caught up, and will and use it as motivation to not skip a day in future, thinking I can just double up again at some point.

I'm normally an evening yoga person but I went for a quick run and thought I'd just get the short day 21 done whilst I was in work out gear. So glad I got that over with! It's hard. It's intense ab work. Think I'm going to be feeling that tomorrow Grin

I’ll redo Move unless the majority pick something else then I’ll switch like a sheep but I don’t care. I like the community accountability.

I have noticed though that even by doing these sessions badly I then throughput the day redo some positions. I swear my posture is better.
And I love the “I am strong” whisper. Still
Laugh when I do it but I feel something. That can only be good.

I’m still behind but just did 18 - Savour. I really liked it and feel both stronger and more flexible again. This one flew by although 30 minutes. I think the variety is great.

Did todays one just now, normally I fail badly at the abs ones but I did this one , I do feel stronger !

Didn't manage to do 18 and 19 like planned but did do 18 and loved it.

I was trying again to do the thread the needle one where from all fours you put one hand across and through so you are twisted on one shoulder. I just don't feel like I get it right as it doesn't do anything except make me feel unbalanced or possibly neck crunchy. How do you guys feel when you do it? Is it meant to be a side stretch?
