Thanks so much @ UnaOfStormhold. I will go through those poses for the first week & then start the 30 day course. I work 2/3 days a week so & have young DC so I’m planning on doing yoga 3-4 times a week & slowly going through the course. Maybe one video per week. I’m in no rush!

Been doing home now 20 days! Mixed in with a zoom Pilates class but I am enjoying the yoga more. I can’t do half of it, crow!!! Belly resting on thighs, can’t get heels down in downward dog!
But my main issue is my feet sticking to my cheap lidl mat. I don’t think they are sweaty but when I change positions the mat starts rucking and I end up distracted etc
Advice appreciated on tips or mats or does it just happen?

Ah yes, crow pose... After six months of daily yoga I can get my feet off the ground for a second. Something to aspire to! In downward dog moving your heels towards being down helps get the right sort of stretch but getting them there isn't really important.

A good mat does help - I got a lovely gaiam cork one which is super comfy (my knees really appreciate this) and non slippy.
