@Talisin you could try Day 17 or 20 or 21 of Adriene's original 30 Days series. I love day17, it's all about Happiness. All three of these reds are 30 - 30 mins long each, so hopefully helpful as a subs for the freestyle if that's not your bag x
Yay, I'm up to date, I did yesterday's Drop Day 26 and today's Power Day 27 sessions back to back, took around 53 mins total. I've noticed my stamina has increased, and I can finally do the "bringing foot forward from down dog into lunge" reasonably smoothly now.
I think my standing splits started OK but gradually deteriorated as my standing leg got tired, and it ended up like a rough version of Benji pee'ing up the wall hey ho all in a day's yoga
