I love Headspace too, drspouse. I'm currently redoing the Sleep pack, as a tricky summer with mil ill and then dying, has meant my sleep has been all over the place.
The last few weeks, I've been doing some Shiva Rea (20 mins Vinyasa in the mornings), some Five Parks Yoga with weights each week, usually at the weekend. I'm just getting over dd2's lurgy, so took a day of rest, then Adriene's Yoga when you're sick, Five Parks Yoga gentle yoga (which is quite similar, but no props). Gradually getting back to it.
