GreenHat thanks for that recommendation, I did that the other day, when I felt tired.
I did Adriene's Power Yoga, which I quite liked but found the sequence a bit repetative. I missed the jumping jacks out, the floor's too noisy to be doing it that early in the morning! that's my excuse anyway, the squats have given me creaky knees today, though. Five Parks 40mins one with weights, I must be getting stronger, as I managed lots of the flow from warrior 2 to triangle with weights, whereas I couldn't even do it once a couple of weeks ago
. Not so great on the roll up to chair, even with helping myself up and slowing it down, I can't do it very well. I think you must need core muscles of iron.
