Anyone signed up to these emails starting on NYD? I started yoga at the beginning of the year and have been surprised at how much I enjoy it, did the 30 days of yoga earlier in the year, and am committed to completing Revolution in real time!

Love Adriene, so gentle and kind. Total girl crush!

I'm playing catch up and just finished day 1&2 together. I prefer longer sessions in the evening so I might add a pose practice after each day.

I think my goal is to add more smiles to my yoga.

Day 3 done and definitely felt it getting more difficult! I really struggle with too many planks but on the plus side my heels almost touched the ground during my downward dogs! Grin

I could actually feel my stomach hurting slightly during the day at work! My core is def in need of som strengthening!

I've only done day one so far as I need my DS to go back to school or for me to have the energy to do it in the evening. I'm looking forward to getting into the swing of it.

Just finished and only had to shout at the DCs once to go to bed during it! Roll on school tomorrow!

Definately some shaking here, but i am enjoying feeling myself sit taller at work and am aware when i slump.

Day 3 done. Definitely feeling tougher.

Wrists felt sore yesterday, especially my right wrist which often gets stiff. Felt better today so hopefully they're getting used to doing all these downward dogs and planks again.

Hello all. I stumbled on this thread the other day and have managed to finish the first three days. Thank you so much - I wanted something to get me back in the exercise habit. I'm also off drink in January - will be a new woman at the end. Hope we can all keep motivated here, good luck!

Ooh I quite enjoyed day 3, a little more of a challenge but then a release just when it started to get tricky!

I'm glad everyone thinks today was a little harder. I felt really demoralised when I couldn't do some of it. Do you think it's worth doing today again until I can do it? Or moving on to day 4 tomorrow?

Definitely move on to day 4 tomorrow - Adrienne's motto is 'find what feels good' so any poses you find too hard you can just modify to make it easier, or have a rest when you need it. I did 30 days of yoga a while back (well, half of it) and it didn't get progressively harder each day so I don't expect that this will either.

Just finished day 2. I woke up at 4am so I am still yawning from that. I'm taking the Christmas tree down today so I'll have more room and can hopefully view it better. I'd like to think I can fit in another session tonight but having been up so early I'll probably be sleeping by 9!

I like that the videos are released at 7am, means I can do it in the morning before school/work (keener)

Done day 4, bit harder today. I try not to worry if there's bits I can't do, just do my best.

I've just done Day 4, I thought it was a bit easier today, but focusing on the breath. The videos are designed for all abilities, I think, also some days you can do things better than others. Muppets Adriene 's Foundations of Yoga videos are helpful if you're having issues with a particular pose, she points you in the right direction with more detailed instruction and modifications.

I'm a bit late to the party, just finished day 1! Going to try and do day 2 tonight and hopefully get myself caught up. Never done any sort of yoga before but I enjoyed it.

Day 4 done. Wrists holding up but needed a bit of stretching and resting. Am thinking about strong bones and muscles.

I did day 4 whilst DS was napping. I feel energised and really motivated to carry on. Adrienne makes you feel Luke she's actually there with you.

I'm a bit behind, as DS and I had a taster sessions at a nursery yesterday and this morning. Clearing the laundry out of my yoga space, and then will do Days 3 and 4, hopefully before DS wakes from his nap! If not, he can watch me do it, he finds all the poses amusing :D Based on everyones feedback, i'm looking forward to the videos.
