Anyone signed up to these emails starting on NYD? I started yoga at the beginning of the year and have been surprised at how much I enjoy it, did the 30 days of yoga earlier in the year, and am committed to completing Revolution in real time!

Love Adriene, so gentle and kind. Total girl crush!

Up to day 17 now really enjoyed it and it's interesting g reading back will try and start same time as everyone else next time year

I finished Revolutions and decided to start 30 days of yoga, which I did 2 yrs ago (when I'd just quit my job and had time on my hands). Have managed daily practise for past 5 days, much easier when I don't have school run!

Boat pose is a tiny bit easier at last Smile

I'm trying to be nice to myself normally I do a few days skip one do a couple and just feel I've blown it so stop. This time if I've not felt in the mood/tired/busy I've still done it but just as much as i could I thought I'd find Adrienn irritating with all the singing but actually it really suits me. Going to redo first 14 days at the end then two days off for my son's wedding then try Revolution Flowers

I managed to lose a week to a bad cough and cold which flattened me and stopped me taking any exercise. I even drove to the station instead of my usual walk/ bike ride to get there. Back on it today with day 27 Halo

Well done ive missed one day due to tiredness and poor time management but I'm pretty sure Adrienn would advise us to forgive ourselves and just keep going

I finally did it! Did so well until day 22/23 then got sick then the kids were sick then I was sick again. Work exploded and I just couldn't be arsed. But I picked it up again over the last couple of weeks and I just finished day 31Grin.

I'm actually quite proud of myself.

Well done Smile I've just finished (took a day off bet 19 and twenty ) and started again so I'm on day 3 again now it's a he first time I have ever completed one of these I feel ridiculously pleased Flowers

I finally finished last week. My cold had me laid down for a while, then work and life exploded and I just couldn't find the time. I'm back exercising again, doing a variety, managed a (slow) run yesterday for the first time in a couple of months at least. However, have woken up with a little niggle on my left side, so have been doing yoga for lower back pain with Adriene this morning while working from home. Hoping it'll just wear itself off over the course of the day. Am 1st on waitlist for yoga class tonight, so hoping that it's gone by then, or the class knocks it out of me!

I'd forgotten about the going solo on the last day of Adriene's routines. They always leave me floundering. I know plenty of moves, but I'm not very good at flowing them together, or working out what I'd like to do next, so seem to spend a couple of minutes in between poses working out what to do next and it all feels a bit clumsy and disjointed.

Really enjoying the second time round I am stronger more flexible and hearing her say totally different things

FiftyNineOhEight · 11/03/2017 09:10

I am finally at last done. I really enjoyed it. On the days where I know I won't have time to do a full session I have either been doing the morning or bedtime practice.
