CQC interview

Hello!
I am a usual Mumsnetter, but changed username.

I had an interview with CQC for a inspector role just over two weeks ago, they said they'd be in touch either way by end of last week or beginning of this week. The portal says my application is "in review" and no change since before interview.

How long shall I give it until I follow up, or shall I even follow it up at all? It's a job I've wanted for a while but I'm unsure of what the realistic timescales are with these sorts of organisations!

That sucks! Did u leave your job straight after receiving the offer from them? Thats quite annoying then cause why put up post if theres no vacancy to fill straightaway..

No definitely didn’t leave my job as I’d heard so many being put on the offer ready list. Also I’m about to go on mat leave which complicates it even if they do offer me one now!
