What I would like to ask is how exactly do you find so much spare time to chat on these boards about earning between £100k and £250k when you have five children of your own and also what seems must be a very demanding full time job?

I have just one child and a very part time job and this will be about the only 5 minutes I get to luxuriate on the internet?

Does anyone REALLY care/need to know who Xenia is? She is an ok poster and takes part, thats all you need to do to be on here AND THAT'S THAT! Doesn't matter if you agree/disagree etc. This is after all an anonymous forum where anyone can post.

I dont want xenia 'outed' - as limited as I personally find her her perspective. Anonymity is the spirit of mumsnet. Once its ok to out a non troll its like to become a regular occurence.

HC, ignoring is one of the best techniques of parenthood. So I'm with you on that one and of course I haven't started any threads about myself. I'm more interested in other people than in me.

I couldn't afford to be a SAHM.
