If I have missed any threads already started about this then apologies.

I am literally lost for words on the post she added to her podcast along with Charlie Craggs.

My own daughter has been lost to this cause. I am hoping I get her back. How utterly vile can a young woman be - Grace Campbell - towards women who have worked so hard to give her such privilege. I might be ugly and a freak Grace with awful hair. But I am not a mean girl.

JKR is on point as always. Stuff like this is now a HUGE asset to us. We can peak people, but most of the people coming over to the biology exists side just watch what TAs do and say.

*Obviously excludes such non-persons as nurses needing to change their clothes at work, rape survivors who can't afford private therapy and female prisoners locked in with male sex offenders.

One of the sad things about this is that a few years Campbell was raped, so she should understand better than anyone why women need single-sex refuges. The brave FWS women have fought to help women like Campbell - only for her to turn on them and call them ugly.

The idea of there being some ideal women are supposed to look like in order to be acceptable to the world is a complete red herring.

Internalised misogyny has very little, really, to do with looks.

The world - the patriarchy - performs a complete number on girls and women, from birth, relentlessly negging them. Partly in order to sell vast amounts of unnecessary shite, but also in part as a way to keep women in their place.

A constant drip of telling Grace that Charlie matters more than she does, and that Charlie, who let's face it is just another crass, chubby white man, but who has taken on all the sexualised trappings usually assigned to women and now claims he is a woman because he - checks notes - has long hair and wears a skirt. Charlie says he is oppressed because of these choices.

I wonder if he also gets his opinions on the triple lock, immigration, the housing crisis, the Iran war and long-term funding of social care from Grace.

I think we know the answer.

Even privileged twits like Grace suffer male abuse and misogyny, unfortunately.

There's no amount of privilege that can fully protect women and girls from male violence.

But it will be far easier to avoid.

Grace will be unlikely to move in circles where men in women's prisons matters. Her healthcare is unlikely to involve mixed sex wards. She doesn't have to worry about mixed sex changing rooms at work, because she doesn't need to work. And she's not shopping at Primark. She went to an all girls school, so she has little idea of the issues facing most girls.

The elite support 'the dolls' because their World is an artificial bubble of privilege. Appearance is all, cosmetic surgeries are expected, and surface fripperies are carefully manicured. Most of the rest of the world has moved on, but these Hollywood pricks are still stuck in an endless re enactment of the Hunger Games.

It does make me laugh - the idea of somebody’s middle aged husband swooning over CC next to the urinals while some bloke’s taking a dump in the cubicle opposite. All very Mills and Boon.

I do love her dad’s podcast. But Grace Campbell is a very unfunny ‘comedian’ no matter how much her dad tries to big her up (not knocking that, he is her dad and who wouldn’t give their kid a helping hand if they could).

Needs to take his advice to others and ‘disagree, agreeably’
