Thank you. I wrote to them to apply some time ago, having read about the case on FWR.

I had an email from them about 20 minutes ago, telling me how to apply - essentially just as posted above - so I have.

Yes i think so, I don't know why the other thread was deleted.

I just Googled it for more info but just got referred back here.

How long is it scheduled for, do we know? Not long enough if the previous ETs are anything to go by.

It is all next week and the following Monday, so six days.

According to the Operational Note I was sent from Employment Tribunals (Scotland) about an hour ago, it has a time estimate of 4 working days. It starts at 12pm on Tuesday 30 September.

@ickky may well be closer with 6 days, though!

That’s great that tribunal tweets will be covering it. I hope the Herald reporter who reported daily from Fife case will pick up on this too

I haven't seen any of the other thread or heard anything about the parties but have been mooching around Leonardo UK twitter and see that their corporate pride certainly had a transwoman focus last year. Interestingly when I click on the 'inclusion and diversity' tab on Leonardo's website, it takes me to their investors' page instead. It's almost like they've taken it down...

I haven't yet set up my email server on this laptop so when I click on the link I get a blank page, but I cut and pasted the text into an open new email to: box and it has worked fine for me.
