I hope the delay isn’t counsel for Kelly requesting that the hearing be heard in private. If it is, I hope that’s refused, as it was in Peggie v Fife .

Quite a few people on the list don't have their position (ie observer), but it was the same with the previous online access and the were no issues.

By the time this starts it will be time to finish!

Maybe they are arguing about pronouns. What to call the TIMs and that sort of thing.

Now 6 in the lobby so there is something happening at least.

I've just been kicked, so the same might have happened to others. I'm not sure of this is a phone connection issue or not, some days my connection seems to randomly drop and others not.

Could the parties be agreeing to settle, even at this stage?

When asked for my name, I give it. When asked for my status I put Observer.

In previous tribunals I have been listed as First Name Second Name (space) - (space) Observer.

How this appears today is not wholly consistent. Plenty do have their status listed in some way (perhaps without spaces or with brackets) but most don’t.

Tribunal Tweets has also tweeted that they are still in the waiting room.

It automatically kicks you out after an hour of WFTCHTJ and you have to try again

It’s very frustrating that this process never seems to get any better.

I've been there before! I think sometimes I've been in some sort of WFTCHTJ trance-like state and not realised that I hadn't heard it in a while. Unfortunately this time I was in the room. Now I'm in grey-screen mode. I'll leave and rejoin proper. At least I won't be missing anything.

I don't know if they get much practice with lots of participants. I'm assuming that the system is normally used by people who are paid (are the lay tribunal members paid?) to be there.

@OnAShooglyPeg Same, I realise I haven't heard it for a while and check. I think it is because it is intermittent, I just have the fuzzy noise now.
