It's US litigation. For Macron to win she has to prove that Owens showed malice in the defamation. The more Owens can demonstrate that she's unhinged enough to believe her own defamations, the stronger her defence becomes.

Why is she even bothered. If someone accused me of being a man, I'd just say OK, roll my eyes and get on with life. Why even engage with it?

I’m not a TRA. I’m not arsed by whether their arguments are right or not. What I am arsed by is the fact that women are now being forced to do this.

Ignoring the bizarreness of the whole thing, the child grooming etc etc. A DNA test would do, if they must.

Nobody is demanding all women, this is a very specific niche case and the evidence was volunteered by the 'woman'.

I've seen the same thing said about Michelle Obama - it seems to be a 'thing', partly about insulting the woman, more about dissing the men who married them - if Macron and Obama married men, they are worthless as allegedly heterosexual men...and by extension as politicians and leaders of their countries.

We have show proof all the time for various reasons. We have to provide proof of our age, address, right to work, qualifications, driving licences, all sorts of things and have done for years.

This ‘scandal’ actually goes beyond brigittes biological sex. They claim his mother was a doctor working with trans people and his father a child psychologist. There seems to be some suggestion that macron is a manufactured puppet.
