It isn't intolerance as much as the non-corporeal thing, but I managed to source her some non-corporeal cheese and she seems quite pleased with that.

I didn't realise I'd imported gerbils into the Bluestocking. Who originated them in the Aston thread?

I'm surprised that capybara were canonically here before the gerbils. Goats and quokkas beat both of them!

There's a platoon of wombats heading to your house, Deano, to prevent any further lab invasions; they will form a cordon sanitaire around your cheese board.

BTW, some cheese has low levels of lactose. Giant wombat can have some of the aged cheddar in the photo @DeanElderberry, as well as the non-corporeal cheese you so carefully provided.

I've just learned the poet Tony Harrison has died. Perhaps I'm misremembering but @Boiledbeetle I believe you were a fan Myself, I'm not the greatest poetry fan, but I just read his poem 'V'. I can see why Mary Whitehouse had conniptions. He wrote an epitaph at the end

Though my best friend sent me a voice note.to.say she's going to be a grandmother again. Earlier than planned.

But it's very exciting!

Her grandson is three and I still haven't met him.

Or his mother, my friend's daughter.

We lost touch when we were six when her dad got a new job. We'd known each other since we were eight months old.

She was my sister who lived over the road.

I found her again on LinkedIn.

And it's like we were never apart. We both felt as though something precious we'd lost had been found again. Decades later.

I'll accept the smudge explanation, and it IS only on one van, so you can all relax
