These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. Currently reached 93% of its target.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court.

I think Directorships have to be listed using one’s legal name and correct date of birth.

The author of the Salt Path is down on companies house with different names. A certain kind of person has no issue exploiting loopholes.

I dunno.

Have you reported him?

He probably has, he already admitted he was one of the people that's been reporting GL for his tweets.

Funny how Chris keeps swerving the question if he's reported all the threats from TRAs isn't it? It's almost like he's got an agenda or something 😂

In 2022 my restaurant was smashed up w/multiple threats of death & arson, & a huge pile on of fake 1* reviews. All because Suzanne Moore & JKRowling came for dinner once. No arrests made as was "not in the public interest" Honestly thought we were passed this shit. #glinner

'Trans activists' swamp London restaurant with one-star reviews and prank calls 'as owner supports JK Rowling'

I thought I'd see if any of those one star reviews were still there.

I found an interesting one....

Companies House historically hasn't checked the details of any director or shareholder of a company. It's possible to incorporate a company using fake names or indeed someone else's name.

This is changing from November and directors and persons of significant control will now need to verify their identity with companies house

Well that IS fascinating.

Thats a funny old coincidence isn't it?

If I am not mistaken this change is due to the passing of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

https://www.lawsociety.org.uk/topics/anti-money-laundering/economic-crime-and-corporate-transparency-act

The act introduces:

  • a new regulatory objective into the Legal Services Act 2007 on tackling economic crime
  • reforms to Companies House to prevent the creation of, and shutting down, fraudulent companies
  • reforms to prevent the abuse of limited partnerships
  • additional powers to seize and recover suspected criminal cryptoassets
  • a new 'failure to prevent fraud' offence
  • measures to address strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPPs)

Yes, this is the same Act that brought in the first UK Anti-SLAPPs legislation to prevent strategic lawsuits, that I was talking about a day or two ago.

Explainer on why they have brought it Anti-SLAPPs measures for Economic Crime:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/economic-crime-and-corporate-transparency-act-2023-factsheets/economic-crime-and-corporate-transparency-act-strategic-lawsuits-against-public-participation-slapps

SLAPPs are typically framed as defamation cases brought by wealthy individuals (including Russian oligarchs) or corporations to evade scrutiny in the public interest. They can occur across a broad spectrum of issues including data protection, privacy and environmental law. Actions are typically brought against investigative journalists, writers and publishers, and are designed to silence criticism.

The law society link above makes the above comment:

We understand why the government is implementing measures on SLAPPs.

However, as only cases related to economic crime are covered, this means that some claimants may still use SLAPPs to stifle scrutiny.

There are weaknesses in the current provisions that will need to be addressed in further legislation.

So if you could use a cover, to hide behind you'd still be able to use SLAPPs behaviour in another area as this is an acknowledged massive weakness to avoid scrunity of dodgy companies operating in an illegal manner.

Weird how things cross over isn't it???

I can guess that it doesn’t entail ‘alarm and distress’.

The post says its from earlier this year.

Thats incorrect.

It was EDITED in the last year for some reason.

The original Review MUST date back two years because of the different time staff for the 'Response from the owner' which says 2 years ago.

2 years ago, could mean any time from 2 - 3 years from what I've seen in the past. That would date the original review back to at least September 2023 but it could be as early as September 2022 I think.

The vandalism of El Portico was in June 2022. I think the dinner with JKR and Susanne Moore was around April 2022.

The review is editted to say that the owner tried to get the review binned, but clearly Google allowed it to stand in the end.

Its the strangest of coincidences however you cut it.

Keep seeing these strange coincidences.

Some might call observation of these 'conspiracy theories'.

Others might be a bit more astitute.

Yes, sometimes I have to use CH for a due diligence check, and it's useful but I wouldn't use it to verify someone's identity details.

It's not that difficult in the UK to fake (details of) your identity. Sometimes you get a high profile case like the late Howard Marks with his dozens of identities and passports to back them up, and the authorities close a loophole, but if you've got one official records saying false thing about you, you can use that to get two, three, four official records also saying false thing about you.

I also suspect "Sophia Brooks" is not really 18, but "SB" seems to have picked up some skills at seeding false biographical details, and nobody has been interested to delve deeper until now.

"It is believed that Ms Larkman was reported by a disgraced transgender police officer named Lynsay Watson – a figure with a history of urging the authorities to pursue criminal investigations of people who are critical of gender ideology.
Watson, born Alex Horwood, is believed to have also reported Linehan to the police over several social media posts last week."

Glinner and Friends did. They are part of a circle who have sometimes taken the bait though, so they have sort of been outside the circle of 'respectability' in terms of being GC.

They also probably documented a lot as they went which was targetted privately at them. 400 pages of evidence really wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

NOW others ARE going to look. Especially after spotting that review.

As I say, it took me all of two seconds to find that review after reading the tweet from the restuarant owner complaining about the useless police.

Looking at the stupid Amazon 1* Book Reviews that were hilarous entertainment the other week were enough to get me to go have a look.

I didn't expect to find one in the name Sophia Brooks. That surprised me. I was absoluetely stunned to find a potential smoking gun there.

Means he's not as clever as he thinks though. Not by a long shot.

How is this man so powerful? How is he able to get the police to do everything he says? Somebody knows what’s going on here.

BoreOfWhabylon · 06/09/2025 16:58

Remember how SB and Hayden et al had sat themselves in the well of court and had to be moved to the public gallery? Bet that was to attempt to goad Glinner up close.

Watson, born Alex Horwood, is believed to have also reported Linehan to the police over several social media posts last week."

She told the Telegraph: “The police service keeps demonstrating that it is ideologically captured from the top down. It is failing the public.

“It is also failing the brave officers who sign up, intending to serve that public – not to police their thoughts and words. They deserve a leadership that gives them the confidence and support to say a firm no to these extremists, not to capitulate to them.

“This should concern us all. Public trust and confidence in our police service is not only being eroded, it is being destroyed. That is unacceptable.

AND

Larkman said that police informed her that this related to three posts on X, formerly Twitter, made in September 2024.

These included the statements directed at the account of Freda Wallace, including “Fred blocked me” and “Fred, put that drink down”, she said.

Larkman had made these comments in relation to an ongoing debate about police strip searching policy, an issue that had first drawn her to become vocal on gender issues.

The tweets are still there.

Thats all they say. THATS IT.

Oh and look at the context. A threat of legal action against Helen Staniland... Thats what seems to have started it.

She then made this tweet:
Cathy Larkman AT JackMerched
Seems an appropriate time to post this again. Rose Duffield wasn’t being silenced then and she isn’t now either. She’s spoken up for women consistently and has the courage of a lion. Rosie, I wish all politicians had your courage and integrity.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-13165611/rosie-duffield-refuse-silenced-women-uniting-campaigners.html

And was blocked.

And then there a third tweet the context of which can't be seen (as the previous post has been hidden as its a suspended account)

She replies
I’m delusional? Oh please Fred, give over, hilarious

AND THAT appears to be what she has been reported for.

On Sept 4th. The day of Glinner Arrest.

I can't fathom WHY on earth the police thought it was appropriate to send out an officer at all for ANY of that.

Its beyond crazy.

I am sure you are, like me, all astonishment that Christinapple has refused point blank to respond to those questions, especially as Christinapple is such a stickler for equality under the law and fairness and is totally against any threats of or indeed actual violence.

Such a conundrum.

KJK came out with Glinner yesterday, and was delightfully self aware and self effacing. She came out by his side, gave him a hug, then dodged out the way so she didn’t get in his photos.
It’s a small courtesy, but wonderfully supportive.

They definitely do, remember when Hayden took MN to court for a user's details and it turned out the user had used Haydens own name as an email address?

user1471471849 · 06/09/2025 17:31

God, I've read everything I can find now and all the links on this thread (and the last two). Poor Glinner is dealing with complete and utter dangerous, deranged psychos!!! After reading up on them, I actually now think he was pretty calm considering what he's been through. It's absolutely appalling that the police are doing nothing to help him or the other GC people who've been targeted by these thugs.
At the very least, he deserves an unreserved apology from the state on his unlawful arrest. And the whole world should be thanking him for standing up to these crazy bullies and trying to protect women's rights.
I'm hoping against hope that these facts will start to filter through to the masses who are sleepwalking their way through this issue.

I’m curious about what the TRAs involved in this case do for a living?

Wallace seems to do ‘speaking’ events and media appearances but that seems unlikely to fund even a very basic lifestyle.

How has Watson made a living since being sacked in 2023? I’m guessing Brookes might be a student?

Final question - I think I read that yesterday, that Brookes’ evidence revealed who was running the SEEN Police account and this was helpful in relation to a case against Watson linked to him being the owner of this account. Have I got that right?

I’ve seen it said on here that Lanky Watson has no income and therefore is eligible for legal aid. He presumably joined the police because he liked the power it gave him and he probably also selectively collected information about how criminals use the law to their own ends, to intimidate. I imagine he also kept receipts on dodgy colleagues that gives him the power over them that we see occurring.

I believe Fat Tone has taken the time to take a course in law, probably because he saw the opportunity to use that knowledge, both as a grifter, defrauding others, as well as using the judicial system to bully and browbeat his victims.

Well they arent are they?

The police are investigating a woman for damaging an already broken umbrella that a TRA tried to assault her with. We are getting to levels now of women being sued for damaging and soiling someone's weapon that they hit her with.

They stood by, possibly getting lifelong hearing damage rather than tell a bloke to turn the fucking noise down. They just stand there and do nothing.

They’re never going to stop until the police start behaving like police and not their personal minders.

Women cannot stop protesting and stay silent, they just have to do as much as they can to stay safe whilst doing it.
