IDareSay · 05/09/2025 11:51

These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

You can support his Substack here

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. Currently reached 93% of its target.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court.

Be aware that Hayden is very litiguous.

So is ...

Have we got a list?

Tbh at this stage, I think that ship has sailed for these individuals if they decide to go down that route.

They want a scalp anyway not just any old rando in the webs. Cos it's all about getting their clicks and power.

Charabanc · 07/09/2025 18:27

"Stephanie" was at the court. There are pictures of him when SB was fleeing covered by umbrellas with all those goons around him.

DialSquare · 07/09/2025 18:29

Shedmistress · 07/09/2025 18:24

He once took Mumsnet to court to get the email address of a MN user, but the MN user had registered their email address as Hayden's own name.

That is genius! Would love to have been a fly on the wall when he found out!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 07/09/2025 18:31

That MNer showed real class, I think.

True.

It's also true that he has a criminal record.

SqueakyDinosaur · 07/09/2025 18:44

That's a TERRIBLE wig.

In related news, Julie Bindel has been ejected from Surrey Pride, at the behest of the local MP, Zoe Franklin. Sorry, I don't know how to do links on my phone, but it's on Julie's Twitter and in the Mail.

This surely must be discrimination and quite possibly an abuse of Franklin's position as an MP?

Liberal Democrat. Come on guys, surprise us, yeah?

RedToothBrush · 07/09/2025 17:18

Good for her.

Given what I found yesterday when I wasn't actively looking for something from a named individual I suspect there's a shit ton of evidence just funny reviews.

I am beginning to think there really is only a very small group who have been terrorising in this way, but have done so much of it, it's insane.

They've got away with it for so long they think they are untouchable and they think they will never be held to account.

That's likely to be their Achilles Heel.

Yes GL has said on Twitter that if they round up just 5 of these abusive men then the vast majority of the hounding of GC people will stop.

I think that's likely to be the case.

No 'genocide'. Just a bunch of criminals done for harassment as they should have donkeys years ago.

Appalonia · 07/09/2025 19:07

Free Speech Nation is talking about this now with Toby Young from FSU.

Isn't he the one with the very unladylike voice booming, "Oi oi" at one point.
Such feminine! Many XX.

That does run a sword through the "women don't need legal protections because it's only a small number of people" idea. Even aside from the fact that it takes only one man to render a space unisex and unusable for women who require single sex, or that there isn't an acceptable number of female victims to placate one male ego... look at just how much damage a small number of people can do when they really want to.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 07/09/2025 19:54

WearyAuldWumman · 07/09/2025 18:33

True.

It's also true that he has a criminal record.

But does "the greater the truth the greater the libel" actually have any truth in it, or is it just one of those bits of lore that gets trotted out with no basis in law?

RedToothBrush · 07/09/2025 11:21

Anyway moving on.

He's more of the photo evidence used in court, for people to reflect on:

Maria MacLachlan AT MPMacLachlan
This post and the next one from Nick refer to this screencap of a post from Tarquin, showing a still of me from Tarquin's own footage. He knew I was holding my bag. He's blatantly lying under oath.

Nick Wallis AT NickWallis
[SV takes us to a transcript of a confrontation with MM]
SV you ask why she's got her fist clenched and if she's going to punch you - did you think she was?
SB it was a genuine question
SV if you look at her hand - you'll see its not a fist she's holding something
SB it's a poor photo
SV you were there
SB it was 11 months ago
SV at the end of your confrontation you say to MM - "go lie about your assault more". Is that acceptable
SB yes - she was being
... rude about me online.
SV so what was your best case scenario from approaching GL about the "domestic terrorist" quote.
SB that he would apologise
SV after he called you a groomer
SB yes possibly
SV really
SB yes if he was a sane and normal person
SV do you think he was a sane and normal person
SB he could be - he might see the error of his ways
SV why film him on the second occasion in selfie mode - why did you think that might elicit an apology
SB maybe to shame him into an apology
SV you know GL was trying to get info on you to pass on to the police

Did SB deliberately try and misrepresent MM on twitter in a manner than was dishonest, obvious and libellous? And then lie about it in court?

MNetters, you decide.

What, from 15 feet away?? 😆

He's an offender. There's no libel there at all.

Good. So he'd have difficulty taking it to court.

Cailleach1 · 07/09/2025 20:17

If an adult male had engaged in sexual activity with a minor (i.e. sexual abuse of a minor) more than one time, and convicted of that abuse, does that make such a man a repeat sex offender?

I find it amazing that a convicted sex offender is strutting around telling other people to have ‘some dignity’. I think there appear to be so many creepy (imo) men who have attached themselves to this anti-scientific ideology. One has to pause and wonder as to what attraction such a vehicle provides for them. In the context of what type of men some are, as proven by a sexual conviction.

Yes.

They don't like women.
They know they're not women.
They don't want to be women.

They want power and control.

True.

Edited

He'll take almost anything to court. As a litigant in person so no costs and being on low income/benefits he takes advantage of the Help with Fees scheme.

He rarely wins a case but that doesn't matter when the goal is to put the other side to a great deal of time, expense, and stress.

Throwing a lesbian out of pride is not a good look. And there's nothing wrong with her questioning them about their founder and his abhorrent criminal behaviour. Not very 'inclusive' of them.

We are inclusive of misogynists, bullies, paedophiles, deranged fantasists and lesbophobes. But not reasonable, rational people. No, they can fuck off with their common sense, safeguarding reality bigotry...

ThatCyanCat · 07/09/2025 20:57

CassOle · 07/09/2025 20:24

True.

Many of them are resentful of what they see as women's sexual power. This is a way of, as they see it, removing that power from women and passing it to men, who they say will do womanning better than women. It's why so many of them say things like "your husband wants me" and try to be sexually provocative. A lot of male TRAs are the same. They wouldn't be caught dead dating a transwoman but they are very supportive of the idea that transwomen could take women's sexual power, as they see it, to men, so they will try to make us insecure. Some absolute walloper was on here shortly after the SC ruling sharing pictures of a highly polished man in a dress and saying, "So you're ok with her putting on lipstick and tossing her hair in the gents' with your husbands, huh? Huh?" Only if you film it, mate. It'll be fucking gold and I don't see why I should have to miss it.

There's also a lot of it in many abusive messages sent to GC women. Stuff like, "I will dethrone you, I have the power to steal husbands and wreck homes".

Yes. Some of the "Oh I don't know about XYZ can you tell me who it is please" posts seemed a little off in tone to me as well.
