These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Free Speech Union are running a fundraiser to support a claim against the Met in reference to the Heathrow arrest. Just search FSU and Graham Linehan fundraiser and it should be easy to find. Currently reached 93% of its target.

Most of the mainstream media have reported on the case, but none have covered it as well as Nick Wallis. Follow him on X for live posting from the court.

Did you report SJ Baker for breaking his licence conditions which applied after he was released from prison?

You know how you are all for fairness and equality under the law? You surely must have done, didn't you?

Edited

Chris doesn’t care about fairness. Chris cares about revenge against anyone who speaks truth.

Some further context

Venice Allan AT roseveniceallan
This young boy and his friends have been repeatedly calling me for months. I just had two more abusive calls this evening, so I thought I’d post this funny video of our exchange at the recent LGBA conference.

Wylde Magazine AT WyldeMag
That’s the revolting “Sophie” Brooks, who’s recently been emboldened by winning his court case that he was “attacked” at a LWS meeting. (Someone pushed his phone away). I wondered when he’d resurface.

REPLY to this tweet on Thursday this week
Does Sarah Vine know about Sophie's previous mobile phone pushing court win?

Wylde Magazine AT WyldeMag
Yes, Glinner knows.

Another REPLY
When where?

Wylde Magazine AT WyldeMag
It was the LWS meeting at Speakers Corner in April ‘23. The court case in Oct ‘23. I testified as a witness. Thames Pilgrim was also called but didn’t have to testify on the day, but that started Tarquin’s campaign of hatred towards him that was mentioned in court yesterday.

Another REPLY
So was this a claim for damage to his phone and Sarah Philimore know about it?

Wylde Magazine AT WyldeMag
He kept changing the charge.. it was originally Transphobic Assault, but ended up as Criminal Damage.

Another REPLY
So his pristine phone was damaged?

Wylde Magazine AT WyldeMag
He brings 2 phones to each event he wants to make money from: the battered one from 2020 and the one he uses in case that gets actually broken. Why would anyone doubt the evidence of a baby-faced teenager that the battered one was his only phone?

Remember reasonable doubt - Glinner only has to create reasonable doubt that he didn't cause criminal damage.

If its his only phone and he's ALREADY had a successful claim for criminal damage on his only phone which is 4 years old...

This is why Sarah Vine was asking questions about this.

Nick Wallis twitter transcript:
SV points out SB's phone has a cover on in MM's video [missed what SB said in response]
SV goes to the Apple estimate for work which shows it was bought in 2020.
SB yes
SV you emailed the police in November and told them you were going to have your phone assessed for any damage
... Mr Linehan had caused.
SB yes
SV Apple Genius called the damage an impact point and a dent [SV takes him to his statement]
SV you describe a "deep dent" on the top left had side and on the bottom. - where's the deep dent - show us on the photos
SB they're poor quality

We have an 18 year old, with documentation that they bought a phone in 2020.

The same 18 year old, has previously been successful in getting a conviction for criminal damage on his phone in 2023.

The phone he was using at BoI in 2024 was 'pristine'.

Hmm. Interesting.

Quick Verifiable timeline for you.

Brooks buys phone 2020.
JKRowling and Suzanne Moore eat at Il Portico. Restuarant vandalised in June 2022. Apparently not in the public interest to persue.
Fake Reviews on Google including one from a Sophie Brooks. Restaurant response saying 'fake review' timestamped as over 2 years ago. Brooks's post is time stamped as 'edited over a year ago'. This hasn't been mentioned by the court, but fuck me it took me all of three seconds to find on Google and retrospectively this raises some questions about the police. (Of course it could be a fake, fake review but someone went to a lot of trouble in 2022/3 to set that up)
LWS Conference in April 23 where Brooks has an incident with someone and reports them to the police for criminal damage to phone.
Court Case in 23. Brooks wins.
Venice Allen posts above tweet in Nov 23.
Trans Kids Deserve Better Protest at the Dept for Ed - seems to be the start of their activity. Group is supposed to be for under 17 year olds. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans_Kids_Deserve_Better Aug 24
Trans Kids Deserve Better Cricket Gate 12 Oct 24.
Battle of Ideas 19 Oct 24. Glinner reported to police for criminal damage to phone.
SB Admits under oath to harassing Thames Pilgram with a sock puppet account on twitter. Also admits to saying he wish KJK had acid in her face not soup. Says has had a long running dispute with Thames Pilgram (Seems like this dates back to TP reporting SB to the police). Comments about it being 'deserved'. Thinks cricketgate was 'funny'. Admits to sending out requests for support in court to the group. Is escourted from court by masked men (they don't look like under 17 year olds to me it has to be said) who act aggressively to journalists as the leave court.

No wonder Glinner is feeling rather hard done by at this point.

Just a note to anything screaming 'Fuck Off' when reading these threads that this is what they want in order to get you banned. Maybe we should name it Tarquinning.

Verb

To Tarquin someone is to prod and prod and prod so that when you scream 'FUCK OFF' they report you and get you a ban or suspension. Don't let him Tarquin you into responding.

Contribution from the Irish Times

Both sides-ism and a reluctant defender of Linehan.

In his defence – here I go – both sides in the online “debate” about the rights of trans people have been guilty of emotive and sometimes vicious language. There are monomaniacs in both camps. But unlike trans people – whose right to live their lives in peace, safety and with dignity is at stake – Linehan has always had the choice to put his phone down and go for a walk (though he seems unable to do so for reasons he has never explained beyond “I did it for my wife and daughter and women generally”.)
But none of that is the point here. As I’ve written before, unless you believe in free speech for people whose views you find blinkered, wrong, even abhorrent, you don’t believe in free speech. British police sending five armed officers to Heathrow to arrest him was an act so cack-handed it can only have been a deliberate attempt to reignite the debate over hate speech laws. And, of course, that is what happened.

https://archive.is/mLXQC

Calling for the “masterclass” solution of crippling fines, like the Irish courts. I think we’re interpreting “masterclass” rather differently here although I agree that there is a caste class that is able to use the Police and judicial system as their own enforcers.

"He’d previously served in Kirkcaldy, but had been moved to Edinburgh in 1996, because colleagues in Fife no longer wanted to work with him after he started turning up dressed as a woman and demanding frightened workmates call him Susan."

Dear Lord...I know that we in Fife can be a bit obstreperous, but did we really deserve "Lynsay Watson", "Paris Green", "Katie Dolatowski" and "Tiffany Scott"?

Not to mention the waste of money on the Upton debacle...

Is Kirkcaldy some kind of a lodestone for this nonsense? ["Paris" committed his crime in Glenrothes, ten minutes away from Kirkcaldy; "Tiffany" was from a village between the two towns.]

You lucked out.

Falkirk got the UFOs and Kirkcaldy got the TiMs.

Although Aberdeen got Sophie Molly and Heather Herbert, so it could have been worse.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 06/09/2025 13:31

Was it Aberdeen LWS or similar where a woman got punched in the face by a TRA and the police didn’t pursue it?

TheAutumnalCrow · 06/09/2025 13:28

I think there's some deeply disturbing stuff coming out now implicating certain elements within the police.

Draw a spider diagram from Sarah Brooks. It gets murky quickly from what I'm beginning to see. This isn't Glinner being tin foiled or using words that are abusive.

Theres more here that is going to come out in time.

There is definitely cause for concern especially since there is a group for under 17 year olds involved here too. SB apparently was 15/16 at the time of the Il Portico incident. (We either believe his age and thats concerning, or we disbelieve his age and thats concerning).

The proximity of Sarah Jane Baker to the group is very concerning.

Then we have a disgraced cop with a history of vexatious legal complaints who was thrown out the force.

We have the lovely Stephanie too who has gained a not dissimilar reputation.

Jolyon, (and therefore the GLP who seem to be carrying out strategic law suits to harass particular individuals or authorities which clearly will fail, but winning isn't the point) is connected with Trans Kids Deserve Better too. (Some suggestion that one of his kids has taken part in a protest).

So THREE people here using the law as a weapons to silence women - ALL who can be tied back to Trans Kids Deserve Better.

Then Sophie Molly just started a GLP case and knew of the potential arrest of Glinner before Wednesday. And said about the 'trans underground mafia'.

We have a whole range of targetted harassment, which includes behaviour far worst than anything GL has done which seems all connected to this in someway, but can't be pinned down - mainly cos the police won't do any fucking investigating of not very hard to find stuff.

We've been saying on MN for some time that there is a group of Middle Aged Transitioners who are desparate to use children as a way to legitimitise themselves - when you put SB in the centre of this - it starts to build a very dark picture.

It makes me question, just how small the group of militant TRAs there are in the UK. I don't think its big. I don't think its representative of large parts of the trans community. But I do think they have large reach and the authorities have been sucked in and haven't woken up to how its become radicalised to this degree.

The biggest thing here is this needs to be talked about in the mainstream and not just in small groups which Glinner is part of. And his arrest on Wednesday and this court case may be opening the door to that.

Its in the public interest to start treating this group as a problem and there be concerns relating to extremism and minors levelled at it.

I've seen posts on x suggesting that the name changing Sophia Brooks at companies house isn't Sophia 'Tarquin' Brooks but a friend of his and the use of the name is deliberate to sow confusion.

Brainworm · 06/09/2025 14:38

I’m curious about what the TRAs involved in this case do for a living?

Wallace seems to do ‘speaking’ events and media appearances but that seems unlikely to fund even a very basic lifestyle.

How has Watson made a living since being sacked in 2023? I’m guessing Brookes might be a student?

Final question - I think I read that yesterday, that Brookes’ evidence revealed who was running the SEEN Police account and this was helpful in relation to a case against Watson linked to him being the owner of this account. Have I got that right?

What are the odds that a 4-person company has TWO people listed as “Mx Sophia Abigail” - one a computer engineer, birthdate 2005, surname Eraslan, a Turkish national - one a secretary, surname Brooks, a change of name from Aramis Achmed Eraslan, birthdate November 2005?

Theres a much older Achmed Eraslan on social media who tweets in Turkish & owns a fashion company… and looks v much like Tarquin’s Dad.

I think Directorships have to be listed using one’s legal name and correct date of birth.

Brainworm · 06/09/2025 14:44

I think Directorships have to be listed using one’s legal name and correct date of birth.

Companies House historically hasn't checked the details of any director or shareholder of a company. It's possible to incorporate a company using fake names or indeed someone else's name.

This is changing from November and directors and persons of significant control will now need to verify their identity with companies house

Mollyollydolly · 06/09/2025 15:11

I very much agree with all that Red said. I've been shouting for years these people should be on a watchlist. If only. It's all very sinister and worrying, but more people need to see what's going on. So easy to be accused of tin foil hat conspiracies and that is definitely not what is going on here. Oh for a Police force that would investigate it properly. I'm hoping Nick Wallis will turn his attention to writing a book on this with the forensic analysis he gave to the Post Office scandal.
