A male in the woman's toilet WHO KNOWS THAT LEGALLY HE SHOULDN'T BE THERE should quite rightly be judged by a woman as a potential threat and that they do not respect women.

It doesn't matter how they identify.

If a woman feels like she's at risk should she be nice until she's proven otherwise or act and ask questions later.

I suspect the law will actually say she should be physically assaulted before doing anything, so are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

This. And I hope the guidelines are going to be clear on this matter. Stop telling men it’s ok for them to use women’s spaces. It isn’t. They are violating women’s boundaries. Their presence in our female only spaces is sexual harassment in and of itself. Good men stay out so bad men stand out.

He’s been target by having police show up at his door at the behest of transactivists, and being seriously ‘cancelled’ including FatherTed the Musical being shelved. He’s not whinging about a few tweets there. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

Telling a professional writer that they have a ‘sedentary, glued to a screen lifestyle’ is … yeah. Impressive.

But what else do you expect from people who think comedians shouldn’t joke around?

ArabellaScott · 03/09/2025 08:25

Yes. Men can't use women's changing rooms, loos, dv shelters, or any women's spaces. Men can't use women's presence for their own 'validation'. Men can't insist on being allowed access to women in a state of undress. Men stay out of women's spaces, even if they have grown their hair, or had plastic surgery, or taken hormones.

Men use men's spaces, even if it makes them sad.

"Five cops, with guns."

This has been addressed multiple times in the thread. It's Heathrow airport, police carry guns.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/father-ted-co-creator-graham-141003577.html

“The arrest was made by officers from the MPS Aviation Unit,” a spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said in a statement to media. “It is routine for officers policing airports to carry firearms. These were not drawn or used at any point during the arrest.”

Guns might be normal. But five officers? Really?

Lots of evidence of a certain person's harassment campaigns against about eight individuals.

You are registered with the ICO and following all principles of the Data Protection Act since you are admitting to storing people's personal details on your computer, right? Since this isn't a xmas card list I doubt this counts as personal use which would be an exception to the data protection act.

You are asking the public for a pornographic oral sex image of a trans woman. First I hope this image isn't a private one (there are laws on posting revenge porn) and secondly how exactly is this "evidence"? Evidence of what?

It is Chaktabati. Although she did seem to say something about sport and prison so maybe even she has an inkling it's not OK. Was loading the dishwasher so didn't quite catch that bit.

Chakrabarti once made a remark that alluded to the famous “die in a fire” trans activist threat to women as a veiled threat. She’s such a cool girl!

Sadly, she's a complete fool.

Let’s clear this up shall we. The image being referred to is one the man in question, “Freda” Wallace, is alleged to have deliberately posted of himself to sexually harass women on Twitter, notably a severely disabled woman campaigning for female only intimate care.

'cyberflashing' .

'Those who send or provide unwanted images or films of genitals, will face prosecution and could find themselves on the sex offenders register, fined and or imprisoned for up to two years.
Using the new CPS guidance published today, prosecutors will make charging decisions based on whether offenders intended for a victim of cyberflashing to be alarmed, distressed, or humiliated, or whether they as a culprit hoped to receive sexual gratification regardless of whether or not the recipient was alarmed, distressed, or humiliated.
Siobhan Blake, from the CPS, said: “Women and girls should be able to go about their lives and daily commutes without being subjected to and bombarded with unwanted sexual images. Our prosecutors are ready and committed to tackling this unacceptable behaviour.
“We would encourage anyone who has been subjected to the illegal act of cyberflashing to come forward and report it. This is a serious crime, and we will work with police to build strong cases against offenders who use technology to harass, distress and abuse victims for their own pleasure.'

Radio 4 discussing it now. Some woman talking about how trans people are the most oppressed. I think it might even be Chakrabati

It is staggering that anyone deduces this from the trans debate.

How are they oppressed? Dress as you like but you cannot change sex. I've no idea why this still needs saying.

RufustheFactualReindeer · 03/09/2025 08:37

Do the police need notified he may have illegal content on his computer or content he uses to stalk and harass trans people

what illegal content?

i think the police need notifying about your computer

Igneococcus · 03/09/2025 08:38

Many thousands of people not only take the Greens seriously but believe, not unreasonably, that their policies are increasingly vital in our corrupt society.

Do they have any policies that concern the environment and are based on actual science? Do they remember that they started out as a party that was supposedly trying to protect the environment.

Glinner · 03/09/2025 08:38

they're always projecting. Images of very young children in a manga style are staples of trans activism.

Still 5 cops with guns though. And no rationale as to why he had to be arrested right at that moment, in that location, with the 5 cops with guns, rather than elsewhere (or at all).

Meanwhile, Helen Webberley posted this on twitter which ends with a clock, police car and coffin emoji.

Screenshot attached in case the post is deleted.

Webberley is an attention seeker. She’s deliberately goading that she can get away with it. Expect more of this from TRAs. They are gloating.

Exactly send 1 pc. The gun bit I suppose is understandable to a point as at an airport but even so don't they liaise with normal plods and couldn't a regular PC have done the ridiculous arresting?

CohensDiamondTeeth · 03/09/2025 08:20

I'm going to pose a question to you, you may find it offensive but hopefully you'll think about it a little before dismissing it out of hand.

Do you ever stop and think about how your posts have been coming across, and perhaps wonder if they are at least partly to blame for the responses you were getting yesterday?

The reason I ask is because although you have made some good points in some of your posts, you have been really quite combative to posters such as the poster you quoted here with no prior interaction (that I can see), and a lot of your posts yesterday came over in an intellectually superior and smug tone (IMO).

I'm not sure if you mean to come across like this, maybe it's just your way of talking to people generally.

It seems to me having read some of your newer posts that you actually have a GC perspective, but your earlier posts were written in a tone that we normally "hear" coming from TRAs.

It certainly read to me yesterday as quite hostile, as does your response quoted above. That's probably is why I and others have responded to you in the way that we did.

Might be worth thinking about.

Don't worry; I'm not in the least offended by you, or by anyone else who attempts to attack me. Honestly, I find such people fascinating and ridiculous in equal measure.

For clarity, I am in no way a subscriber to the ideology of GC. Neither am I a TRA.
If that non-binary stance is confusing, then I shall make it abundantly clear to you, and to anyone else foolish enough to cross me; my political stance is defined by rationalism, common sense, and a desire for measured behaviour.
I roundly criticise the absurdly disproportionate police response in cases like this in the same way I roundly criticise the disproportionate reactions of many adherents to GC when they needlessly attack the trans community.

If I sometimes come across as combative toward idiots, and give them short shrift, that's because as a menopausal mama bear in her 50s I've very little time or patience for imbecility. You don't have to like that, you don't even have to understand it, but I do expect you to spend a few minutes reflecting on it.

Hope this helps clarify things for you.

chrith · 03/09/2025 08:50

@MrsSlatersParrot you lost me at menopausal mama bear.

He’ll be arrested if he posts anywhere else so…

Guns might be normal. But five officers? Really?

Hi

Having seen police at an aircraft side at Heathrow to, err, greet people, a handful of times weapons would be absolutely normal and it's not unusual for there to be more than a couple in the team.

Anyone ordering the arrest to be done at that location would have known that...

To me the really big query about the arrest is not weapons or number of officers, it is who made the decision it should be done at the aircraft door and why?

They might have had legit reasons but at a first glance it does look as if someone was trying to make a point/make an example of a highish profile individual.

All very sinister.
