Sandie Peggie, a nurse at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy (VH), has brought claims in the employment tribunal against her employer; Fife Health Board (the Board) and another employee, Dr B Upton. Ms Peggie’s claims are of sexual harassment, harassment related to a protected belief, indirect discrimination and victimisation. Dr Upton claims to be a transwoman, that is observed as male at birth but asserting a female gender identity.

The Employment Tribunal hearing started on Monday 3 January 2025 and is expected to continue for 2 weeks.

if you get a GRC my understanding is the public record of your birth is changed eg to lie a man was actually born a female. You get a new falsified birth certificate to confirm this.
It also changes a marriage record (so this is why the GRA gives the spouse the right to get an annulment before the final GRC is issued- so they don't find their marriage has been forcibly converted to a same sex marriage in law when eg the wife is heterosexual and her husband says he's a lesbian!).

ie If a man gets married to a woman in a church say, then decides 20 years later he's a woman, the public record would be changed to lie the marriage is between 2 women, and as the church won't marry same sex couples the place of the wedding is also falsified in the new public marriage record to pretend it took place in the registry office.

The Labour party previously said they will remove the right of the spouse to exit the marriage before the final GRC is issued/ marriage record is changed, but haven't mentioned this recently(as it is forced sexual orientation conversion of heterosexual women, the usual group affected, which they want to ban for everyone else ).

Since decision made to make my ID public I've avoided media and social media. But I've asked people to follow it and they've sent things to me.

I find the way his sentences rise sharply at the end Very Irritating. Just saying

"have avoided SM and news, been informed by ppl I've asked to inform me that numerous articles about me. Hostile SM activity"

I'd bet all this and more had been done to SP and family by the TRAs.

Good grief! NHS Fife are going to have a lot to deal with in future given that they've disciplined a dedicated experienced nurse to appease this individual given all the sick leave he has taken. He won't stop at this whatever way it goes.
