Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

NC you say you recruit under schedule 9 under self-id. So you'd never recruit a nb person

KH we'd look at passport or appropriate id, and would expect it to say female.

NC so you only employ nb people if they come to you as women and id as nb later. And would employ if id as woman with passport reading f.
And if they id as woman but passport didn't read f you wouldn't employ

NC tribunal heard from MS that she couldn't imagine any expression of gc she wouldn't characterise as transphobic. Would you agree

KH didn't hear her so no context

NC any expression of gc belief is necessarily transphobic

KH I haven't heard every sex realist view expressed so I don't know if every view would be transphobic. As a board member main thing is to make sure we adhere to our policies. [Yes - politics later on, career-wise]

She's very hard to pin down
