Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

ERCC can be inclusive of Trans/GI and GC beliefs, but to do that you have to respect the different views and be prepared to compromise. The TWAW red line is a barrier because it is not honest.

If the ERCC came into this tribunal called Roz tranphobic scum that deserved to die, took a shit on the floor on the tribunal, and stormed out in a huff screaming, I don't think it could go as badly is it has in my opinion for the ERCC based on watching today and yesterday.

Has that actually happened, I'm confused

I admire NC but I would not want to be questioned by her. When she asks the witness to read something very carefully, and agree that she wrote it, and she remembers what she wrote - you know you are about to be caught out in a mistake (I'm too kind to call it a lie)

The ERCC don't want to be open to a range of beliefs, because the head honcho is a man who wants the ultimate validation of being considered female in a rape crisis centre. There must be no-one who undermines this. Users who do not see him as female are not welcome.

what we know about one underlying reason for men identifying as trans, we might be very concerned about what his ulterior motive might be.

They are soooooo fucked. I wonder how much they offered her to settle? They should have added a few zeros. Mind you, these few days have been priceless, surpassed in batshittery i think only by some of the supporting cast propping up stonewall wittnesses in Allison Baileys case.

The witnesses all seem keen to emphasise that no-one asked MW or NC to be witnesses - which begs the question why? and why they didn't offer

They said they tried to settle, but it looked like Roz wanted an apology and agreement from MW that the panel had found her not to be transphobic, and I guess that didn't suit them

I wanted to ask on X if edition 2 of their book would reference Jo Phoenix and Rachel Meade’s cases.

NC also highlighted that the 1st version of the document/email also contained the word 'dismissal' as a possible outcome and that this was removed from the 2nd version. Which makes a nonsense of the suggestion that the word 'gross' slipped in accidentally.
