Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Glad NC is calling out that Roz's legal team wants MW to be giving evidence. That MW is not there tells its own story.

NC Is there any other protected group - race, disabled, etc - if you say they are poison, what they write is poison, never mind, they will die out soon. That would be a disciplinary matter wouldn't it.

MS I don't know. It would be important to find out what was meant

I can't even type because I am so shocked by this witness. Everything is transphobic, there is nothing a GC person can say about this topic that isn't transphobic

Really interesting question because in the Jo Phoenix judgement, para 99, the judge said:

'We find that Dr Downes believed that gender critical beliefs were harmful to trans and non binary people and considered such beliefs transphobic. We find that the use of the term transphobic in respect of gender critical views is being used as a term of insult by Dr Downes. We find that throughout this case where the term is referenced, that is how it is being used.'

So the judge felt it was an insult to use the term transphobic as synonymous with gender critical.

No. Two explanations from two witnesses, and NC has put forward her theory.

MS position is that an intern (I assumed at worknest but I'm not sure that makes sense) had 'made a typo' when writing 'gross'. Worknest then signed off that document. When Roz questioned it, further advice was received from worknest and the 'gross' was removed.

MR position was that advice from worknest was to go for gross. When Roz questioned it advice from worknest was to remove gross, and if asked, to say it was an admin error.

NC theory is that someone at ERCC (main suspect MW) pushed for gross and it was only changed once Roz questioned it and worknest advised it shouldn't be gross.

If I were needing advice I don't think I'd have much faith in worknest regardless of the truth.

NC But we know RA has gc beliefs. So she is bound to know they are talking c people who share her beliefs, therefore c her.

MS I think it is RA's prerogative if she ids with that.

Aha. There we go. It's not about anyone's actions or beliefs; it's about whether one of the Chosen Ones has decided they are beyond the pale and must be shunned.
