Surely, surely Schedule 9 of the EA refers to biological sex, not gender?

So the idea that they have to consider whether nb female staff can be employed suggests a total misunderstanding of this.

We offer women only spaces that include transwomen

So NOT women only then.

All I have is bloody hell. How can they think they are delivering a fair service if they think this? And this is the lesser of the gender zealots? WOW! Clear discrimination! She's admitting discrimination!

I wonder what would happen if we had a new virus that attacked health with an even more obvious m/f difference in outcomes than covid. Do we think the transwomen would be merrily on the front lines? Maybe they would, or would it just be the handmaidens wondering what had happened to all the 'actual women' they have propped up for years?

It potentially refers to women and males with a GRC, but it is possible to exclude those males too, and it's given as one of the examples in the notes of the Equality Act.

We're a very short step now from an admission that heretical women who will not engage in enacting this belief are excluded from the service. And that it is right and ok that they should be.

NC in what circs do you say women are entitled to spaces only occupied by women born female.

She's struggling to answer questions about MW

I agree with you in one sense, but this could be better because he's showing it's organisation wide. MW doing this would be showing just their view from someone with a stake in the game. By doing it to this witness they are showing it's everyone even those without a stake in the game.

I am loving NC's tone of voice 'you weren't aware of that?' and then 'OK'.

The 'OK' reminds me of a particularly disappointed teacher listening to a student giving the 5th and ever changing explanation about why their homework is late 'It was eaten by a literal crocodile' .... 'OK'.

Had this women ever thought through her thoughts on this before now.
