NC reads doc about witnesses and RA's legal teams comments re this:

You now say Nico has left ERCC employment and not giving evidence. Why not? We will ask tribunal to draw inferences if Nico not put forward. Also ought to call MW as role as CEO in role exempt and for a woman. That is why we say MW ought to have been called to give evidence.

She is making the case that ERCC have deliberately chosen not to call witnesses that would make their case harder. The claimant asi understand it cannot call witnesses.
