The offence is talking about the verdict in the Brianna Ghay case.

Dawn says it's transphobic therefore all discussion is not allowed.

Despite the CPS, the judge and the police saying it wasn't a hate crime.

And Dawn hasn't actually read the thread. Some bloke just told her about it, and she's assumed that it's reasonable for a twitter pile on telling her that she's talking bollocks and weaponising the case for her agenda against what authorities have said. (Noting she's got a book coming out...)
