I've emailed them to suggest that, instead of re-education, the staff member is thanked for protecting women's safety, privacy and dignity (and is commended for her grasp of the Equality Act).

Even if the motivation wasn't sexual, making people uncomfortable for validation isn't acceptable either.

This is a clear case of having no "good" reason for being in the female space. They weren't unsafe in the unisex space, they weren't being "outed" as they clearly don't pass and anyone can use a unisex space. The only reason is sexual or validation - neither of which women should be sacrificing themselves for.

Grace Lavery wrote a book about being trans and is absolutely explicit that being in a woman’s loo, with a woman peeing in the next cubicle, is arousing.

Grayson Perry has stated he wears wide skirts to hide the erections.

I'm glad to see this - only because I'm sure it was Mercure Cardiff (? maybe not Cardiff) that cancelled a women's meeting after pressure from TRAs. Few years ago now. But I guess I'm hoping it's showing a shift.

This is a person upfront about the fact they transitioned from male to a woman identity. It is highly likely as others have said, this individual gets off on ‘persecution’, loves to remonstrate nasty wimmen telling them they are male.
