A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

Hopefully in prison he won't be able to wear that ridiculous wig and everyone will be able to see the obviously male face, complete with tattoos.

Crime statistics skewed, woman being blamed for men's crimes, and worst of all, women being put at risk by being forced to share spaces - prisons, toilets, changing rooms, hospital wards etc - with men who are almost by definition a danger.

Not all TW are a threat to women, but a disproportionally high percentage of sexually violent men seem to be claiming trans status. I can't imagine why . . .

It's not just Scotland that's a mess. Crimes committed by men are regularly recorded as committed by women in England and Wales, too.

In the 2020 report on Women in the Criminal Justice System, a note in the introduction says
"Throughout this report we refer to sex rather than gender, because the binary classification better reflects how individuals are generally reported or managed through the CJS. For example, prisons are either male or female institutions, with prisoners normally placed based on their legally recognised gender. However, given the range of recording practises (see technical guide for details) throughout the CJS, it is likely that most recording includes a mixture of physiological and personal identity."

In other words, recording is an unholy mess.

@TheNoonBell , I compared this bollocks, especially the SE/PSHE shit they teach in school, to the cultural revolution a couple of years ago (because you start with the kids, catch them early before their critical thinking skills are developed), and was deleted for it. Just the other day, someone much cleverer than me on a podcast said the same thing. People have started to wake up to what all of this "be kind" culture really is - as you alluded, a dangerous movement, looking for the complete dismantling of our social and political structure - but way too late. They should have been listening to woman warning about this 5,10 years ago.

What is wrong with people? What would it take exactly for "TWAW"/"be kind" types to see that they are being PLAYED? If this charmer tried any other disguise and said he had to go to a dog pound or a young person's unit instead or was disabled or something, we'd see though it, we'd understand he posed a risk and as a CRIMINAL, is likely to be trying to pull a fast one. I think many people just do not know the full extent of this ideology. Sunlight is helping many people to see it now though. Unfortunately, many of the people going along with it it know full well how it will have a detrimental affect women and girls. They just don't give a fuck.

They could at least base it on penises. I don't think any males should be in a female prison, but they could mitigate it by saying no sex offenders and no penises. If you commit sex offences and have a penis you are OBVIOUSLY a serious danger to women, so should not be there. If they don't want to cause offence to sex-offending criminal chancers, they could still call them a woman but say no sex-offending women with penises (sigh ) to be housed with female prisoners.

I mean it's not the right answer but it's one that you'd think even these fuckwits could work with.

Apparently remanded to a women only prison for sentencing reports.

i hope he is being watched like a hawk so that the slightest hint that he is still a vicious woman hating serial rapist not a misunderstood little flower is noted and used against him.

Not just be kind and be quiet, but shut up and don’t misgender them otherwise time will be added to your sentence !!

And if any women in the prison are assaulted by this man, then Nicola Sturgeon should stand accused as a facilitator - not to mention an utter traitor to her sex.

Because 'he' will be a danger to the women, having been found guilty of rape, whenever it occured.
