A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

I watched a few minutes of the Scottish Prism, the risk assessment bit is around 56 mins. I started the video around the 46 min mark though. One of the contributors said that children in care, girls, if they said they were male would be searched by male Police Officers. This cannot be right! Please. Someone tell me she's mistaken.

Most men who believe, or say they are women do have a penis. Many people don’t realise this. They think that there are only a very few men involved in changing their gender and that they are the old style transsexuals, who have had surgery to help them to approximate women having suffered from gender dysphoria.

Even if it were not the case that nearly all men identifying as women have not had surgery, even when they do, they retain the same criminality as other men according to that Swedish study I just linked.

One thing would be though that if they had had sex reassignment surgery they wouldn’t be able to rape using their penis.

(n.b imo the surgery is a dreadful step too far take if someone has gender dysphoria. I think that making it a necessity for a GRC was banned by the European Court of Human Rights too.)

one of the amendments to the Gender Recognition Reform Act in Scotland - to prevent known sex offenders from obtaining a GRC - was voted down. If that amendment had been accepted, the possibility of this rapist obtaining a GRC would be removed. Shame on the Scottish Government for passing this legislation. The rapes were committed by a man who later thought he would call himself a woman and use that as a defence in court 😤

This community make up such a tiny minority, the majority do not believe in this. Which leads me to wonder why certain members of Scottish parliament are banging this drum so loudly. It’s all very strange. When you move away from the sex offenders, the fetishists, the violent men et al who we have clear evidence seem to make up a large part of this community, it leads me back to the same question over and over. Thank you, I’ve had a look at this and it made for incredibly grim reading. I’d still love to know who is really pulling the strings though. I realise I sound like a conspiracy theorist here. Perhaps I just cannot accept the hatred that some men have towards us. Men who are in relationships or married, maybe have children, professionals, seemingly ‘normal’ lives, and yet deep down, they hate us.

Lately I keeping coming back to that saying ‘Men fear women laughing at them. Women fear men killing them’.
