I thought MPs were bound by some standards of behaviour?

Yesterday the leader of the SNP at WM called his peers 'rabid gammon', which was shocking, but what I found more disturbing was Llloyd Russell-Moyle's verbal attack on Miriam Cates (clip above).

I actually found his behaviour frightening and alarming, and can't imagine how it must feel to have that venom directed at you by a colleague - let alone the slanderous accusations made.

Is it possible to make a complaint to the Labour Party about his behaviour?

No response so far, and that's unusual for my MP.

I had a response right away, that as I wasn't the victim, they wouldn't be keeping me updated.

I don't think that Satan needs to turn the heating up just yet.

I got that from the formal form. But as they've also not issued a statement it's now making me wonder whether these have been logged in anyway and whether that is something they would have to log. I.e "we received x number of complaints" as i have seen so many people share the link and say they've filled it in, it would be sure to need some investigation?

reply from me: it's OK i didn't want a reply I just wanted to tell him how atrocious his behaviour was etc and then repeated my letter.

Just looked I've had that one as well.

I'm a constituent and have just submitted a complaint - will let you know what response I get. Really unnacceptable and nasty behaviour.

While working there, Rusell-Moyle helped produce an educational toolkit, entitled Rainbow Resources. Rainbow Resources, the introduction says, is the product of ‘working on sexuality and gender issues with children to curb heteronormative and cisnormative attitudes before they have a chance to be fully developed’. The aim of all this couldn’t be more clear: to inculcate trans ideology in very young kids.

What’s more, the toolkit says that gender ideology should be promoted to children regardless of what their parents might think. There is even a section in Rainbow Resources on ‘overcoming resistance’ from parents when ‘educating’ children on sexuality and gender. It recommends taking children on residential ‘camps’ to allow them to ‘digest’ information before going home to their parents. This sounds more like indoctrination than education. It sounds cultish.

Just putting this here because the other thread has dropped down the list and I think it deserves more attention. Miriam Cates has done a fantastic interview on Spiked.

A nonce is a bloke who sexually abuses children. Usually convicted of it.

Lots of men like children and are not nonces.

Who voted this man in? He is a dangerous extremist.

I love the way he lets her say everything and I love the way she is able to make ideas, which can seem a bit nebulous, like women’s innate fear of men and the social contract being broken, into really concrete, solid arguments.

I think her superpower is avoidance of emotionalism. Very practical. She is like a snow plough powering through all the cloying and confusing #bekind, most vulnerable, etc, args.

She also says that she thinks you shouldn’t be able to change your birth certificate.

I don’t vote Tory but Miriam is a star. She and Rosie put everyone else in the HoC to shame with their honesty and passion.

The longer they take to deal with LRM the more women won't vote for them again.
