I was just thinking that the GC analysis is the only one that can explain the behaviour of police forces up and down the country.

The liberal position is “It’s awful that the police are institutionally racist and misogynist, but it’s great that they stand up for LGBTQ+ people!”

No. The promotion of trans ideology is part of the misogyny.

How am I victim blaming here......?

I have given you advice on how to address this previously.

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 03:47

Beary

I'm sorry - can I ask what's happened? I might be able to advise - if you don't mind ? If you want to pm me let me know because I'm in the app so do t see pms - need to log into laptop.

If I can help at all , I will

HatThatWearsYou · 10/12/2022 03:49

I'm really sorry the police's response was so useless @Bearyhumcrack

I'm also sorry that this thread and you particularly keep getting trolled, it's tedious and really quite pathetic.

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 03:58

And I totally get it if you do t want to discuss it further beary but I'm quite good at the "it's too hard to deal with so file it " jobs .

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 04:01

Offers there anyway. I'll gladly take a look over your complaint if you'd like a fresh set of eyes .
And if not - that's fine

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 04:24

Oh and I couldn't promise anything- just a new set of eyes from within the system if yku would like . X

Bearyhumcrack · 10/12/2022 05:14

I'm bored of the lot of you.

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 05:15

Fair enough.

FOJN · 10/12/2022 05:40

Bearyhumcrack

Here's a link to the National Stalking Helpline. I've never had to call them so can't speak about what's on offer but they may be able to advise you about what you can do to get your complaint taken more seriously.

Are the "it's too hard to deal with so file it" view about cases something you've come across often in your work Vicar?

Partofthefurniture · 10/12/2022 05:49

*attitude about cases - words escaped me for a moment.

Partofthefurniture · 10/12/2022 05:52

More help in one post than two police forces. Thank you.

HatThatWearsYou · 10/12/2022 06:11

I'd love to take the credit Xmas Grin @Bearyhumcrack but I think you meant to quote@FOJN

Bearyhumcrack · 10/12/2022 06:22

Gah. I'll go back to bed. @FOJN thank you.

Felix125 · 10/12/2022 11:22

I've said - complain. Both cases can run alongside each other
You have the victim's right to review when a case is closed
What enquirers were conducted - and if not, why not?

If you don't want to speak to the police forces directly, go through the IOPC or a solicitor and they will do it for you.

Bearyhumcrack · 10/12/2022 11:33

And I've told you... I have complained. Because you're all so Shit, the complaints department "will get back to me within 4 months".

Piss off Felix. Im bored of your condescending tone. The police have failed me. Fact. They don't care. Fact.

Felix125 · 10/12/2022 11:45

Right, so wait for that conclusion for the complaint to come back.

In the mean time, any new occurrences can be rang in and each will start a new investigation. Each call will be graded on threat, harm risk etc etc

if you have photos, CCTV other witnesses etc - it can't be ignored every time.

Are you paid by the police to post on here?

IcakethereforeIam · 10/12/2022 12:49

@Bearyhumcrack what a shit show! I hope for the best for you, which I realise is about as much actual help as the 'service' you've received from the police.

@stillvicarinatutu I hope you're feeling better.

So much hope this morning Smile

IcakethereforeIam · 10/12/2022 12:49

stillvicarinatutu · 10/12/2022 14:06

Thanks icake I am finally on the mend I think .

Beary - there is also an organisation called "paladin " which offers advice on stalking and harassment.

Don't know if it's relevant or not - I dont know the back story

Thanks vicar, very thoughtful of you. Hope you are on the mend.

HatThatWearsYou · 10/12/2022 18:26

Ugh. Can someone else please ask Vicar my question? The about whether she's encountered that type of attitude "It's too hard, file it".

Since she won't respond to me now apparently.
