MR - is he a panel member?

Yes. He's a lay member on the employee expertise side. He's a trade union man.

TheClitterati · 20/05/2022 14:36

How many men will put their hand up to participating in "office gossip"? Grin

oviraptor21 · 20/05/2022 14:36

Lougle · 20/05/2022 14:35

MR - is he a panel member?

MR is a lay panel member - assisting EJ

GruffaIo · 20/05/2022 14:36

Clerks don't gossip? Well, that's honest.

Pyjamagame · 20/05/2022 14:37

This sounds like an amazing place to work - no gossip and every one is too busy to worry about anything other than the work they have right in front of them. And no one is on Twitter.

SenselessUbiquity · 20/05/2022 14:37

going back to Tennent - don't you think it's interesting that a working class man is so free, so able to say "I didn't read emails about diversity" and even "I probably agreed more with Bailey than the other side". I mean can you imagine a woman getting away with that? Still less a professional woman? Can you imagine what would happen to Judy Khan if she said informally, let alone in a witness statement, words to the effect of "Oh I never bother with any of that stuff"?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 14:37

Wish he'd said oh no we don't gossip. We just compare lip balms.

Mollyollydolly · 20/05/2022 14:35

I do like Martin Reuby .. I'm imagining the gossip that must have gone on, he's doing the same. We all know what offices are like.

Yes all his questions are excellent

Gabcsika · 20/05/2022 14:37

Harvey says he understood from the email chain that it was "against her beliefs" (her being Michelle brewer's)

Did anyone else catch that? Slip of the tongue I think.

He then amended it to "these were her view" (her being AB).

ickky · 20/05/2022 14:37

Lougle · 20/05/2022 14:35

MR - is he a panel member?

Yes he is, along with Zofia.

chilling19 · 20/05/2022 14:38

How could he not know Allison's views? It must have been the talk of the Chambers surely?

Gabcsika · 20/05/2022 14:38

And I do not for one second believe there's no office gossips amongst the clarks.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/05/2022 14:38

@dworky no, quite a few of the clerks at GCC are female

In all the offices I worked in, the gossip was rife.

I don't buy his answer - just football.

Gap on the CV!

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/05/2022 14:40

LuHa talks as though he still works at GCC, but he's not listed as a clerk

His witness statement said he left last year, to become a self-employed graphic designer. I was wondering about that because it sounds like such a very risky career move.

Lougle · 20/05/2022 14:41

@IdisagreeMrHochhauser sorry! Didn't know.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 14:41

JR is being much more gentle. This is her talking to her little brother voice.

dworky · 20/05/2022 14:41

@IDidntKnowItWasAParty

Thank you

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 14:42

@lougle there was some "serious" matter a few days ago on Facebook. We're not meant to speculate on who the panel are as a result. No idea what the rules are but rest assured that the Stonewall legal team will get a message to the judge if any of us get it wrong.

ickky · 20/05/2022 14:42

5 min break LouHoo Ms Hooper up next
