The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

Watching for the first time, this isn't as exciting as I'd hoped.

Inflammatory/provocative is such an unreasonable charge. Trans activists are easily inflamed and provoked. They’re condemning GCC online anyway, after this whole circus.

My take on all the issues is that whenever you think 'surely they could have xxx' - yes they could. But didn't. And that is all part of the power play here to disrupt and delay and quite frankly if they actually feel they are in the right, then they wouldn't have to behave like this. It is downright disgusting that they are playing these games.

Hand over mouth when speaking is normally thought by body language gurus to indicate that deceit is in play, i.e. the speaker is subconsciously trying to suppress the deceitful words being spoken. It can also interact with one of the most powerful of human emotions, a sense of shame.

It really annoys me as I rely on lip-reading a lot especially if there is background noise or the speaker mumbles.

Speculating that sign #4 and #7 are interesting in this context, no? Hmm, but surely a barrister is well skilled in understanding body language and would be careful to ensure theirs aligns with the claims they’re making as witnesses?
