The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

twitter.com/tribunaltweets

IcakethereforeIam · 20/05/2022 09:53

'I don't use twitter', ratlegged by noon.

chilling19 · 20/05/2022 09:54

Norm - yes! About 15 minutes I reckon before we are all sozzled. 😄

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 09:54

Ben lost his cool there. That was a proper eye roll at Hochhauser.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/05/2022 09:54

Now JK/AH are trying to say that the email DOESN'T say what it CLEARLY SAYS

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/05/2022 09:55

House!

NoImAVeronica · 20/05/2022 09:55

Ooh, 1:38 in the morning again. Drink!

Zeugma · 20/05/2022 09:55

DON’T YOU KNOW IT WAS 1.38

🤦‍♀️

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/05/2022 09:56

Bingo card: "I was Allison's friend!"

nauticant · 20/05/2022 09:56

JK pretending to not know what being a witness means.

tabbycatstripy · 20/05/2022 09:56

No, JK, your witness statement is your opportunity for rebuttal. The tribunal will take that into account. AH can re-examine. I’m not even Barry Stir and I know that.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/05/2022 09:57

It might not be in the WS??

Well, why not?

Mumsnut · 20/05/2022 09:57

We might have to default from drinks, to maltesers

Even then, we’d be in pretty poor shape by lunch

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 09:57

'It's not necessarily all the witness statement'. What is her job again? Nothing to do with court cases surely.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 09:57

Haha. Saved by the drill.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 09:58

Haha. Saved by the drill.

EmbarrassingHadrosaurus · 20/05/2022 09:58

These time references. I get emails from people round the 24 hour clock. Usually their sig file has information about their working days and hours and their lack of expectation around near time responses.

I try and remember to schedule my emails to go during working hours and I'd say I manage it approx. 98% of the time. But, no, if I accidentally post at 01:38, I don't expect a near time response.

If somebody emails me at 23:40, I might respond there and then but schedule my reply for later.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/05/2022 09:58

Wear a fucking headset (ear muffs)!

User237845 · 20/05/2022 09:58

Sounds like a ship setting sail Grin

ickky · 20/05/2022 09:58

Phantom foghorn going off at JK location.

TheClitterati · 20/05/2022 09:58

oh someone has started drilling next door to JK. She really doesn't need that extra level of tension this moring.

JeffThePilot · 20/05/2022 09:58

christ, whatever next.

NoImAVeronica · 20/05/2022 09:58

Another moment of comedy genius for the film...

EmbarrassingHadrosaurus · 20/05/2022 09:58

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/05/2022 09:58

Haha. Saved by the drill.

Why these people don't use headphones, microphones, and noise suppressing software is a mystery for the ages.

Helleofabore · 20/05/2022 10:00

I am thinking of taking chilling game challenge up. I have been awake for hours, it feels like late afternoon in my head!!!
