The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

Refreshing to have a witness that is so direct and seems to have proper recollection.

Give him time the questions are pretty straightforward right now

Don't witnesses usually rely on written contemporaneous evidence? I think Sonia Appleby did this a lot - she would refer to an email she sent summarising a meeting for example.

It seems highly irregular that SK has a written record of the meeting/call with ?MB (albeit 9months late) but:

• didn't use it to back up his witness statement
• didn't include it in disclosure
• is now saying he can't remember much about the meeting.

This is fascinating, the emails from the adults within GCC upholding free speech, basic legal principles, and being worried about miring GCC in the shit.

They have to investigate complaints - they don't need to announce the enquiry on Twitter

Menon confirms that at the time of the dispute in GCC he knew sex and gender was a deeply divisive and toxic issue.

It's worth noting that Menon seemed to imply earlier that he's not a great user of social media.

This is looking really murky, in terms of disclosure behaviour by the respondant side.

Menon needs to stick to the questions asked.

He's also quibbling over how the law works and making assumptions about that having said he's not an expert.

The Gatley affair where he responded to a request for an expert from AB by having a go at her.

This is self-pitying stuff from Menon. Why on earth would he respond in this way?

Mr Menon is playing the victim.

His witness statement is convincing on the face of it, with respect to Allison's loss of income. I hope BC can tear it apart even more convincingly.
