The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Jane Russell is now taking KM to the Morgan Page tweet, the one about the Cotton Ceiling.

Ok JR let's go to the cotton ceiling tweet - I imagine the newspapers will enjoy talking about what the cotton ceiling means

KM: I didn't like the tweet referring to MP as a male-bodied person and it would have caused distress and upset to MP.

Desperate to claw back an ounce of credibility.

I do wish this was on video. I want Caroline Nokes and her ilk to see exactly what they're supporting.

I don't think the dry transcript of Tribunal Tweets would make much impression. They are wonderful and I live in eternal gratitude for them, but you need to see him and hear his tone of voice to get the full craziness. A pal of mine also watching just Dmd me and described him as a gender terrorist. He has the irrational fervour of the true believer.

She's talking him through this like a primary school teacher and suddenly he's a little compliant boy again, after practically shouting at BC.

OMG! Apparently people might read AB's tweets and cause harm but equally all the TERF tweets have no influence on behaviour

Jane Russell talking about "coerce", saying that it involves "some sort of force", and that sexual coercion would involve criminal conduct.

A 'Michelle Brewer' has been in the list of observers this afternoon. KM says they have never met. I wonder what Miss Brewer makes of KM and her keenly sought association with Stonewall after this first encounter?

KM now saying that when AB used the words 'Young lesbians' in a tweet she was implying that transwomen are paedophiles and that referring to talks abut how to breach the cotton ceiling as coercive was saying it was rape. AH's number 2 saying that this was a dog-whistle tweet which might have roused a lynch-mob against transpeople.

I'm finding it difficult to stomach this. He is being walked through a pre-prepared script where all he has to do is say yes to everything.

I really feel for Allison having to listen to this hyperbolic nonsense.

I think practically every question is a leading question.
No room for anything other than a yes or no answer.

Not sure this line of questioning is helping Stonewall. Also, it is awful that they are throwing him under the bus like this. I don't have any sympathy with his views, but he is adhering to the line Stonewall gave him. Disgraceful.

I don't think KM quite appreciates that Miss Russell is not necessarily on his side.
