The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

One of the McGann brothers has been very supportive on women's rights so I'd like him to play BC in the film

Ben is so calm (as is Allison) and I contrast his approach with that of AH. No hectoring of the witness, polite and reasonable at all time even when having to listen to total bollocks

BC Everything you say tells us more about you than about AB, doesn't it?
KM I'm not so bothered about belief, you can believe what you want to believe, I'm concerned about the actions that come with that.
BC So if any GC people draw attention to their beliefs and their concerns, they must not be heard.
BC No basis at all to think that a AB who has never been violent or threatening would be dangerous to a transperson visiting GCC.
KM If someone feels that someone is violent then that is enough to make me concerned. Scenarios that might happen: in a toilet with AB. Have to take action to ensure that those scenarios would never happen. Apparently KM knows people who have been horrifically attacked in women's loos.

KM sounds deranged and angry and animated. I would be quite scared meeting him in a women's loo. There's a lot of attitude there.

He just said something different to what is in his witness statement.

I can see that this is not helping Stonewall, but is it helping GCC?

KM appears to have said that Stonewall was trying to get GCC to take action against AB. And has described various unusual interpretations of biology and the equalities act.

But does that just make it easier for GCC to say that of course they weren't basing their clerking decisions on this obvious nonsense?

What do we think about male people who use violent ideation towards women on social media and express misogynistic opinions freely in women's spaces? My risk assessment suggests that they shouldn't be there.

I just want to get to the episode where KM confirms lesbians have penises.

As a matter of interest, what sort of age is KM? Sound under 25 from description, but I'm sort of assuming not.
