The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Their position is clearly extremist and is clearly irrational.

What is a "trans woman"? Literally just a male person who declares their identity as a woman. That is the sole criteria. A lot of assumptions are constructed on this, as if this country has full legal self ID of "gender" in the same way as biological sex, which we do not.

@womaniswomaniswoman it's a safety issue apparently as the cotton ceiling workshop is only about helping transwomen share that they are trans because no one would know they were. Rather than reality which is that the cotton ceiling is all about getting into lesbians pants

As amusing as this is, as much as it shows the levels of bashittery AB was up against, it is starting to feel like shooting fish in a barrel.

KM is so deep into that rabbit hole that we all know exactly what to say to elicit the garbage he is spouting. BC is doing a sterling job, but I imagine this is the kind of witness that leaves him with uncomfortable self reflection, maybe even nightmares.

If, as I too suspect, KM has been thrown under the bus, god only knows how he will rebuild himself after this.

Finally we've got to AB's tweet about Morgan Page. He's not going to ask KM about the Cotton Ceiling, he's going to ask others about that. I presume GCC people. That'll be another umissable bit of cross-examination.

Now saying A Woman's Place is a hate group and not resiling from that view.

I have lurked my way through the tribunal tweets heroic feats but today has been a long day, I managed to open the Twitter feed randomly on big bad Ben cooper’s magnificent terf rant while having a post work lie down with a cat licking my arm, scrolled back a bit to read a little of KM’s cross examination…

erm, I have to say I BOGGLED. I am saving this until after the after school pick up so I can read the whole day, but dear Lord.

anyway, lurk resumed, professional stealth terfing and countering this nonsense with the sheer force of my peri menopausal rage and general normal scary woman -ness is always a fun extra task…

I'd like to see his nonsense challenged more but I guess this is not the place for it.
