The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

Fucking 'ell what a circus. Are we going to see the dog in shot as well?

JulesRimetStillGleaming · 10/05/2022 12:18

Oh this is hilarious.

Assuming ND. As an ND person myself, I am not taking the piss, but this is ridiculous.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 10/05/2022 12:18

I just laughed out loud!

His mum, the ESP and his dog! 😂

ickky · 10/05/2022 12:18

I do hope we can see the dog.

This is a farce.

OP posts:
Signalbox · 10/05/2022 12:19

Oh please let the dog be in the shot.

chilling19 · 10/05/2022 12:19

They should have said the mum was there as well. And the dog. Not looking good.

Zeugma · 10/05/2022 12:19

I can’t watch the proceedings this week but am following along with thanks for the commentary. Would love to say something about the emotional support person but perhaps best…..not.

CatsOperatingInGangs · 10/05/2022 12:19

I do hope it’s a Labrador

drwitch · 10/05/2022 12:20

could be there.

EJ: yes and we would be able to see the support person in those circumstances.
IO: We need to fit them all in
EJ: all of them?
IO: yes KM, his mother, his support person and his support dog
BC: this is all new information

I am coming all daily mail about this :)

chilling19 · 10/05/2022 12:20

Also we need the dog's name

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 10/05/2022 12:20

KM, his mother, his support person and his support dog

I just read this and came here to check whether I was hallucinating. Fuck me.

DifficultBloodyWoman · 10/05/2022 12:20

nauticant · 10/05/2022 12:13

KM has an emotional support person who is in the room with him but that person won't be participating in any way.

KM is both a "he/him" and a "they/them".

KM isn’t on trial. KM is (should be) just giving factual evidence. Ok, that isn’t like going to the spa for a day but an ‘emotional support person’ seems ridiculously over the top.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 10/05/2022 12:20

They are deliberately making it a bloody farce...but we all see you and your ridiculous time-wasting tactics.

EJ Goodman really does have the patience of a saint.

oviraptor21 · 10/05/2022 12:20

How long does it take to move the two chairs that the support people are sitting on so that they are in camera shot?
And why was the presence of support people not dealt with in advance of Mr Medcalg giving evidence?

ickky · 10/05/2022 12:20

I think it is fine to have a support person if you need it, but not your mum and dog too, that is taking the piss.

OP posts:
Pyjamagame · 10/05/2022 12:20

How on earth do these people function at all? And this is NOT a dig at ND folks, it's a dig at adults who don't appear to be able to adult.

dworky · 10/05/2022 12:20

Absolutely ridiculous! Why is the judge facillitating it, would never be allowed in a courtroom.

drwitch · 10/05/2022 12:20

is the support person to support the mother and the dog to support the support person?

CatsOperatingInGangs · 10/05/2022 12:21

As a ND person I’d just like to say this is ridiculous.

JulesRimetStillGleaming · 10/05/2022 12:21

This bit definitely is going in the film.

nauticant · 10/05/2022 12:21

Just so the comedy of that exchange is preserved:

CatsOperatingInGangs · 10/05/2022 12:21

Where’s the dog? Disappointing

Pluvia · 10/05/2022 12:21

BC points out that no one had mentioned this in advance and asks that the support person be visible throughout. This will apparently cause major rearrangement issues, because it turns out that it's not just one emotional support person, it's KM's mum, his friend and a support dog. IO says that if the tribunal were meeting in a courtroom KM would have supporters present. JG points out that everyone would be able to see them.

I find myself wondering whether anyone from Private Eye is watching. Adjournment while seating arrangements are changed.

Kirrin Medcalf is the Head of Trans Inclusion at Stonewall from what I can see.

StormyWaterCloud · 10/05/2022 12:22

This is making them look like fools

Wimbunds · 10/05/2022 12:22

The gigantic RMW, the emotional support dog... I really feel for the calm, professional AB in this scenario
