The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Why didn't they say all this before the break and use the break to rearrange the room?

I compare it to a Ponzi scheme - which was an analogy that was first posted here originally. I can't remember who it was, unfortunately.

It was just so pithy and clever and cut right to the heart of the matter, because what you are purchasing and encouraging others to do is essentially worthless.

Why is it taking so long to swap over? Just get up and go, someone else sits down, it's not difficult or time consuming. They are just wasting time AGAIN.

Would this continual nonsense fly, where you work, ickky, cos i know it would go down like a lead balloon in my office??

KM has an emotional support person. I am very surprised by this.

KM has an emotional support person who is in the room with him but that person won't be participating in any way.

KM is both a "he/him" and a "they/them".

I kind of wish Charles Dickens was still around to write about some of these characters and their shenanigans. I think he'd nail them beautifully.
