I should imagine that this woman was under the impression that transgender women were fey, effeminate males, with full genital surgery to relieve their angst.
That's what a lot of people believe when they hear the word transwoman.
The fact that it could be a heterosexual married father of five, without a single alteration to their body, comes as something of a shock.
Obviously, I don't believe that any man, whatever they have done, belongs in a female space.
But there are many who believe, at the very least, certain criteria has to be met. And, lack of a penis, would be right up there.
What would happen if the man in question had an erection? As far as I know, there is no law against women being aroused?
And as this is all about laws, linguistics, and the mangling of both, I imagine an erection could get justified.
