My interest in Eddie Izzard is limited, but I have found it interesting how many threads about him have been zapped. Is there a reason for this?

What are the rules for someone who switches between modes? I did the same the other day on a thread) that was of course deleted).

I've started a thread to attempt a discussion in a vaguer way in the hope it won't get binned.

Given he operates in both boy and girl mode maybe EI feels this way EI can reach everyone with the all encompassing gender EI has.
Does anyone else feel queasy at using boy/girl when talking about people over the age of 18 because I do. not envy

Ooh, I hadn't noticed that the Eddie thread had gone even though I was on it - it really has been completely removed, hasn't it?

Obviously Eddie has some sway with MNHQ - they're clearly more easily intimidated than the canteen worker was by Jeff Vader.

I think mnhq get uncomfy when it's about someone and gets a bit personal.

Thing is I just googled and some of the things EI has said in interviews! Seemingly totally unaware of how they come across.

Totally agree about adult boy/girl mode being an adult's self description

I saw EI on a charity thing where they were in a country where women were v oppressed and covered etc. For some reason EI was in boy mode for that.

Does that not count as activism though?

Well I've yet to meet a woman who switches between boy and girl mode.
