This predatory male identified as a woman & adopted different names (forename & surname) after pleading guilty to raping a child and receiving a custodial sentence.

I'm not here to derail. Rather I'm trying to gather more satisfactory arguments than I currently have, it's a sticking point for many women in favour of transwomen in prisons. And none of these arguments are persuasive enough.

It takes a woman to understand the difference between being accommodated with males and accommodated with females. It's an inherent instinctive mechanism. that's why women seek single sex intimate spaces; and why women around the world are unable to participate - because they do not have the comfort, dignity or privacy of single sex spaces.

There are something like 120 women in prison for sex offences versus 12,000 men. Those numbers are off the top of my head but the numbers are of this order.

Sex offending is almost exclusively male. Guess who the victims mostly are. Go on. Have a guess.

The pregnancy argument is definitely the strongest.

Humans are mammals. Female mammals are almost universally smaller than the male of the species.
It’s why we have separate sporting categories, and why chucking men and women all in together doesn’t actually achieve equality for women.

Anyway, we don’t want equality with men. Equality with men will mean two women will have to beat their partners to death every week.

What do you even mean Duplo that privacy/dignity “doesn’t wash”? I don’t much care about what woke idiots think. I’m much more bothered about protecting vulnerable women by safeguarding their right to privacy and dignity. One of the main ways we safeguard this right is by providing single sex spaces. Men as a class are a risk to women as a class. This risk does not change because a man feels like he is a woman.
