Banana pancakes

A wonderful breakfast thread to ensure all the good women of fwr start the day right with substance and not just dross. I’ve already failed and partaken in consuming shite but it might not be too late for lots of you!

I like making egg free pancakes by substituting the eggs fro mashed bananas- works a treat.

Back on topic I knew you could freeze bananas but have always frozen them skin on and they’ve been a bugger to peel when I used them

Oh, I photograph all of mine, Eroll I love the idea of being crafty but I'm shit at it so being not terrible at cake decorating is my back up so I like to keep a picture for posterity. Dd's 4th birthday though... I spent a full 20 hours decorating and making sugar paste super heroes for her cake. It was a master piece. I failed to back up my phone before it fell in a drain and died
